종래의 커네어방식의 다층면왕복시 주차장치들은 수직순환식, 엘리베이터식이나, 팔레트방식 입체주차장치들의 단점들을 해결하여, 고밀도 주차율, 입출고시간의 신속성, 높은 작동신뢰도등의 장점이 있으나, 구성이 복잡하여 제작비가 매우 고가이고, 시공공정이 까다로우며, 작동상의 에러율이 높고, 일부 기종에서는 안전성이 낮으며 특히 각 주차층에서 카트열당 주차대를 2열이상의 복열로 배치함에 있어서 차량의 탑재, 반송수단의 구성특성상 차량을 종방향으로 격납시키는 전후면 격납방식에는 응용이 어려워, 구획된 주차공간샹에서 주차대와 차량출입구의 배열 및 위치선정등에서 비효율적이고 많은 제약을 받아 공간활용율과 범용성이 떨어지는 단점이 있었던 것이다.Conventional kernare-type reciprocating parking lot values solve the shortcomings of vertical circulation, elevator, and pallet type three-dimensional parking devices, but there are advantages such as high-density parking rate, quick entry and exit time, and high operation reliability.
