Abstract

본 발명은 미경화 콘크리트를 부어 넣을 때 거푸집과 거푸집 상호간의 일정한 간격을 유지시켜 주면서도 특히, 미경화 콘크리트가 경화되었을 때 탈리가 용이하게 이루어지도록 하는 거푸집용 긴결재의 긴결방법에 관한 것으로써, 거푸집 판넬(10)을 서로 대향하게 배치하고, 상기 거푸집 판넬의 간격을 유지 및 변형 방지를 위해 소정의 위치마다 거푸집용 긴결재(20)를 긴결하고, 거푸집내부에 미경화콘크리트를 타설하는 것에 있어서, 상기 거푸집용 긴결재의 외면에 박리성재질(22)로 감싸지도록하여, 미경화콘크리트가 경화된 후 거푸집용 긴결재가 용이하게 탈리되도록 함을 특징으로 하는 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 거푸집 판넬(10)을 서로 대향하게 배치하고, 상기 거푸집 판넬의 간격을 유지 및 변형 방지를 위해 소정의 위치마다 거푸집용 긴결재(20)를 긴결하고, 거푸집 내부에 미경화콘크리트를 타설하는 것에 있어서 상기 거푸집용 긴결재의 외면에 박리성재질(22)로 감싸지도록하여, 미경화콘크리트가 경화된 후 거푸집용 긴결재가 용이하게 탈리되도록 함을 특징으로 하는 거푸집용 긴결재의 긴결방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 박리성재질(22)은 기름종이를 사용하도록 함을 특징으로 하는 거푸집용 긴결재의 긴결방법.
