Abstract
본 발명은 인산염계 무기염이 함유된 스팡글 미세화 용액의 농도 및 그 용액의 인산이온을 제어하므로서 종래의 분사용액과 동일한 조건으로 분사하여 미니스팡글 용융아연 도금강판을 제조했을 때와 비교하여 스팡글 크기가 매우 미세하면서도 표면 광택도가 우수한 미니스팡글 용융아연 도금강판을 제조할 수 있는 분사용액을 제공하고자 하는데, 그 목적이 있다.
본 발명은 용융아연 도금강판 표면상의 스팡글을 미세화하는 수용성 인산게 무기염이 함유된 스팡글 미세화 용액에 있어서, 상기 수용성 인산계 무기염의 농도가 0.5~5.0wt%이고, 그 용액중의 인산이온이 모두 H2PO4-화학종인 용융아연 도금강판의 스핑글 미세화 용액에 관한 것을 그 요지로 한다.

Claims (4)
- 용융아연 도금강판 표면상의 스팡글을 미세화하는 수용성 인산게 무기염이 함유된 스팡글 미세화 용액에 있어서, 상기 수용성 인산계 무기염의 농도가 0.5~5.0wt%이고, 그 용액중의 인산이온이 모두 H2PO4-화학종인 용융아연 도금강판의 스핑글 미세화 용액.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 인산계 무기염이 인산계 암모늄, 인산계 나트륨 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어지는 그룹중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상임을 특징으로 하는 용액.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용액은 pH가 4.5~5.5로 조절됨을 특징으로 하는 용액.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 용액의 pH 조절제가 인산, 질산 및 암모니아수 중에서 선택된 1종임을 특징으로 하는 용액.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
