Abstract

본 발명은 전기로를 이용하여 스테인레스가을 제조할 대 유가금속의 산화물을 첨가하여 유가금속 성분을 회수하면서 전기로 슬래그의 포밍을 효과적으로 조장시키는 방법을 제공하는 데 그 목적이 있다.
본 발명은 아크 전기로를 이용하여 스테인레스강을 제조할 때 생성되는 슬래그의 포밍을 조장하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 슬래그 중량에 대하여 12중량% 이하의 범위로 망간광석을 투입하는 스테인레스강 전기로 슬래그포밍조장방법에 관한 것을 그 요지로 한다.

  1. 아크 전기로를 이용하여 스테인레스강을 제조할 때 생성되는 슬래그의 포밍을 조장하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 슬래그 중량에 대하여 12중량% 이하의 범위로 망간광석을 투입함을 특징으로 하는 스테인레스강 전기로 슬래그 포밍조장방법.
