Abstract

본 발명은 BMC(Bulk Molding Compound) 또는 SMC(Sheet Molding Compound) 의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 반도체 Package 제조시 EMC의 원료의 약 30%가 경화된 후 페기물로 발생되고 있는 실정이며, 본 발명에서는 이러한 폐기물을 자원재활용 및 환경보호의 차원에서 이를 미세한 분말상으로 가공하여 BMC 또는 SMC의 충전재로 활용하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
본 발명은 불포화폴리에스터계 BMC(Bulk Molding Compound) 또는 SMC(Sheet Molding Compound) 의 제조방법에있어서, EMC 폐기물을 평균입도 5∼300㎛ 분말상으로 제조하고 이를 충전재로 25∼45중량% 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

  1. 불포화폴리에스터계 BMC(Bulk Molding Compound) 또는 SMC(Sheet Molding Compound) 의 제조방법에있어서, EMC 폐기물을 평균입도 5∼300㎛ 분말상으로 제조하고 이를 충전재로 25∼45중량% 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 BMC 또는 SMC 의 제조방법.
