Abstract
본 발명은 금속 복합재료에 사용되는 프리폼용 세라믹 섬유 조성물 및 그를 이용한 프리폼의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 알루미나 44∼48wt%, 실리카 36∼40wt%, 지르코니아 13∼16wt%이고 산화철 등의 금속산화물 성분 5wt% 이하이며 입경 100㎛ 이상의 비섬유화 성분 1wt% 이하로 조성된 금속 금속 복합재조용 세라믹 섬유조성물과 이 조성물을 콜로이드 실리카 무기질 결합제의 농도가 1∼20wt%인 수용액에 균일하게 분사시켜 슬러리를 만들고, 이 슬러리를 소정형상의 몰드에 주입한 후 진공압축 성형하고 이를 건조 및 열처리하여 금속 복합재료 제조용 프리폼을 제조하는 방법을 제공하기 위한 것이다.

Claims (4)
- 금속 복합재료 재조용 알루미나 실리카제 섬유조성물에 있어서, 알루미나 : 44∼48wt%, 실리카 : 36∼40wt%, 지르코니아 : 13∼16wt%이고, 산화철 등의 금속산화물 성분 5wt% 이하이고 입경 100㎛ 이상의 비섬유화 성분 1wt% 이하로 조성된 금속 복합재조용 세라믹 섬유 조성물.
- 알루미나 : 44∼48wt%, 실리카 : 36∼40wt%, 지르코니아 : 13∼16wt%, 금속산화물 : 5wt%로 이루어진 세라믹 섬유조성물을 콜로이달 실리카 무기질 결합제의 농도가 1∼20wt%인 수용액에 균일하게 분사시켜 슬러리를 만들고, 이 슬러리를 소정형상의 몰드에 주입한 후 진공압축 성형하고 이를 건조 및 열처리하여 금속 복합재료 제조용 프리폼을 제조하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 프리폼은 무기질 결합재 함량이 1∼10wt%인 금속 복합재료 제조용 프리폼을 제조하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 세라믹 섬유조성물의 체적분율이 프리폼에 대하여 5∼20%인 금속 복합재료 제조용 프리폼을 제조하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
