본 발명은 탄소단섬유와 페놀수지의 건식 혼련방법을 채택하여 특히 탄소단섬유 보강 탄소복합재료로의 응용뿐아니라 전기, 전자제품의 외장재로 점차로 필요성이 강조되는 박막, 경량 및 전파차폐성, 난연성도 만족시킴으로써 그 적용범위의 확대가 가능한 페놀수지계 탄소단섬유 프리프레그 제조방법을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.The present invention adopts dry kneading method of short carbon fiber and phenolic resin, especially thin carbon fiber, light shielding, flame retardancy, and flame retardancy, which are emphasized as a necessity as an exterior material of electrical and electronic products as well as application to short carbon fiber reinforced carbon composite material.
