Abstract

셀룰로스성 물질의 펄핑 또는 탈잉크화로부터 유도되는 점성 물질은 교차 결합, 불용성, 이온화성 및 팽윤성 폴리머 입자의 수중 에멀젼 점성 물질을 함유하는 셀룰로스성 액제에 첨가함에 의해서 조절된다.

Claims (12)

  1. 액제와 채집기 입자를 혼합하는 것으로 이루어진 공정에 있어서, 채집기 입자는 수중 폴리머에 입자의 에멀젼으로 제공되는 폴리머 입자이고, (a) 5g/100cc이하의 수용해도를 갖는 소수성 모노머 적어도 20중량%, (b) 실질적으로 비이온화되는 경우 모노머 배합물 중 선택적으로 용해되지만, 이온화되는 경우 선택적으로 수용성인 친수성 이온화성 모노머의 적어도 10중량%, (c) 모노머 배합물 중 선택적으로 용해되고, 5g/100cc 이상의 수용해도를 갖는 비-이온화성 친수성 모노머의 0내지 50중량%, (d) 교차 결합제 0.05 지 10%로 이루어지되, 상기에서 (a), (b), (c) 및 (d)의 비율은 이온화 모노머(b)에 대해 산 또는 알카리와 물 중에 에멀젼의 3%(폴리머 건조 중량)를 배합함에 의해 형성되는 수성 조성물이 팽윤된 입자 형태의 폴리머를 함유하는 유동성 조성물이도록 되는 것으로 이루어지는 불수용성 모노머 배합물로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 셀룰로스성 물질의 펄핑 또는 탈잉크화로부터 유도되는 콜로이드 점성질 물질로 인한 셀룰로스성 액제의 오염을 감소하기 위한 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 액제는 탈잉크 공정으로부터 세척수인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 액제는 종이 제조 공정으로부터의 진한 스톡, 묽은 스톡 또는 백수인 방법.
  4. 상기 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수용성 응고제 또는 엉김제가 액제에 첨가되는 방법.
  5. 상기 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리머 입자는 음이온성이고, 수용성 양이온의 응고제는 액제에 계속적으로 첨가되는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 점성질은 폴리머 입자로 채집하고, 침강, 여과 또는 엉김에 의해 액제로부터 제거되는 방법.
  7. 제4항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 응고제는 액제가 첨가되고, 응고제는 폴리아민, 폴리에틸렌이민 및 80내지 100% 에틸렌형으로 불포화된 양이온성 모노머, 바람직하게는 0 내지 20% 에틸렌형으로 불포화된 비-이온성 모노머에 의한 DADMAC로부터 선택되는 방법.
  8. 상기 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 에멀젼은 0.02 내지 0.5㎛의 비팽윤된 입자크기를 갖고, 펄프중 효과적인 pH에서 비팽윤된 입자 크기의 적어도 1.5배 이고, 0.1내지 5㎛의 크기인 입자크기를 갖는 방법.
  9. 상기 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리머 에멀젼은 펄프 중 효과적인 pH에서 브록필드 RVT 점도계에 의해 10,000cps 이하의 점도를 나타내는 방법.
  10. 상기 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 교차 결합제의 양은 적어도 0.5중량%인 방법.
  11. 상기 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 모노머(a)의 양은 40 내지 70%이고, 모노머(b)의 양은 30 내지 60%이고, 및 모노머(a)의 양은 0내지 30%이고, 각 모노머(a),(b)및 (c)는 에틸렌형으로 불포화되는 방법.
  12. 상기 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 모노머(a)는 알킬(메트)아크릴레이트, 스티렌, 비닐에스테르, 아크릴로니트릴, 회합 에틸렌형으로 불포화된 모노머 및 비닐 에스테르로부터 선택되고, 모노머(b)는 에틸렌형으로 불포화된 카르복실산 및 아민으로부터 선택되고, 모노머(c)는 하이드록시알킬(메트)아크릴레이트이고 및 모노머(d)는 오일 용해성 폴리에틸렌형으로 불포화된 모노머인 방법.
