Abstract
석탄 연소되는 보일러를 위한 연도 가스 방출 시스템은, NOx, SOx 및 입자성물질을 제거하기 위하여 각각의 유니트를 사용하고, 단일 소스로부터 모든 3유니트로 암모니아 주입을 제공한다.

Claims (15)
- 보일러의 연도 배기 가스로부터 NOx를 제거하기 위하여 연결되는 암모니아 주입의 선택적인 촉매 환원(SCR) 유니트, 보일러의 연도 배기 가스로부터 입자의 제거를 향상시키도록 거기에 주입되는 암모니아의 예정된 양을 갖는 정전기 집진기, 및 보일러로부터 발생된 SOx를 제거하기 위하여 거기에 주입되고 연결되는 암모니아 시약을 갖는 연도 가스 탈황(FGD) 유니트로 이루어진 보일러를 위한 연도 가스 처리 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단일 소스로부터의 암모니아는 상기 SCR, 상기 FGD 및 상기 정전기 집진기에 연결되는 연도 가스 처리 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 연도 가스 중 2 내지 10ppm을 유지하기에 충분한 상기 집진기내로 주입된 암모니아를 유지하기 위한 조절기 수단이 추가로 이루어지는 연도 가스 처리 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 FGD 유니트에 대한 연도가스의 입구에서 연도가스의 농도를 약 130°F로 식히도록 암모니아 주입 식힘 라인이 추가로 이루어지는 연도 가스 처리 시스템.
- 제4항에 있어서, FGD 유니트는 상기 식힘 라인의 하류에 흡수 트레이탑 및 연무 제거기를 포함하는 연도 가스 처리 시스템.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 흡수 트레이 탑내로 암모니아를 주입하기 위한 이차 암모니아 주입 라인이 추가로 이루어진 연도 가스 처리 시스템.
- 제6항에 있어서, 셀페이트로 암모니아 바이설파이트-설파이트를 산화하기 위한 상기 FGD유니의 바닥에서 스파르저 공기 라인이 추가로 이루어진 연도 가스 처리 시스템.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 SCR은 공기 히터의 하류에 보일러의 연도에 연결되는 연도 가스 처리 시스템.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 정전기 집진기는 상기 공기 히터의 배기에 연결되는 연도 가스 처리 시스템.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 FGD 유니트는 상기 집진기의 배기에 연결되는 연도 가스 처리 시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 보일러는 화석 연료가 연소되는 보일러인 연도 가스 처리 시스템.
- NOx 제거 유니트 내로 암모니아 및 희석 공기 혼합물을 주입하는 단계, 정전기 집진기 내로 암모니아의 예정된 양을 동시에 주입하는 단계, 및 FGD 유니트 내로 암모니아 액체 시약 혼합물을 동시에 주입하는 단계로 이루어지는 NOx, SOx 및 입자성물질 제거 유니트를 갖는 보일러의 배기 연도 가스 처리 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 암모니아 혼합물을 식힘 위치 및 트레이 위의 두 분별 위치에서 FGD 유니트로 주입되는 배기 연도 가스 처리 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 충분한 암모니아는 연도 가스에 대해 암모니아의 2ppm 내지 10ppm의 비율을 유지하기 위하여 정전기 집진기 내로 주입되는 배기 연도 가스의 처리 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 충분한 암모니아 액체 혼합물을 약 130°F로 그속에 온도를 식히고, 연도가스로부터 SO2를 감소하기 위하여 FGD 유니트로 주입되는 보일러의 배기 연도 가스의처리 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
