Abstract

본 발명은 무인 자동화 방제 및 관수시설 제어장치에 관한 것으로서, 특히, 농장 평수에 관계없이 저수탱크와 농약 방제시 수위 조절을 자동화함으로써 무인화 제어가 가능토록 한 것이다.
종래에는 원예작물이나 과실수에 물을 공급하여 주는 관수시설을 갖추지 아니하므로서 가뭄시에는 사람들에 의해 물을 공급하여 주어야만 하는 문제점이 있었고 특히, 비료 또는 병충해 방제를 위한 농약 살포시에는 많은 시간과 인력투입에 대한 경비 지출이 과다하고, 약제 살포시 농약중독을 예방하기 의해 세심한 주의를 기울여야만 하는 번거러움이 있었다.
이러한 문제점을 개선하기 위해 본 발명은 농장 규모에 관계없이 전자 제어기(ELECTRIC CONTROLLER BOX)의 소정 프로그램에 따라 순차적으로 솔레노이드 제어밸브를 개폐작동시키도록 함으로서 방제 및 관수 시설의 제어 동작을 무인 자동화 할 수 있도록 함을 그 목적으로 하는 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 상수도 배관(가)을 통해 물을 저장하는 저수 탱크(나) 내부에 저수탱크 수위감지기(마)와 저수탱크 필터(21)를 설치하고, 상기 저수탱크(나)에 근접 설치되는 농약 탱크(다) 내부에는 농약 탱크 수의감지기(바)와 농약탱크 필터(22)를 설치하며, 각각 필터(21,22)에는 제어밸브(4,1)를 통해 피스톤 펌프(23), 체크 밸브(2) 및 제어 밸브(3)가 설치되고, 상기 제어밸브(3)를 통한 주 배관선로(F)에는 압력보상기(라) 및 각 농장 유입관수를 위한 다수개의 제어 밸브(8∼14)가 병렬 설치되며, 에어탱크(사)에는 제어 밸스(15),(7)를 통해 주 배관선로(F)에 연결하되 제어 밸브(16)를 통해서는 공기압 제어기(26)와 전자 제어기(25)가 연결되고, 상기 제어밸브(1)(4)를 통한 선로(E, C)에는 각각 제어 밸브(6)(5)를 개재하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 무인 자동화 방제 및 관수시설 제어장치.
