Abstract

본 발명은 하드디스크 드라이브에 관한 것으로, 하드디스크 드라이브의 바닥면을 이루는 베이스에 하부판을 나사로 체결하는 제1과정과, 제1과정후에 표면처리하는 제2과정과, 하부판에 상부판을 나사로 체결하는 제3과정과, 제3과정후에 표면처리하는 제4과정을 가지는 하드디스크 드라이브의 표면처리방법이다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제2도는 본 발명에 따른 제1실시예의 제1과정으로 보인 단면도이다.
제3도는 본 발명에 따른 제1실시예의 제3과정을 보인 단면도이다.
제4도는 본 발명에 따른 제2실시예의 단면도이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 하드디스크 드라이브에 있어서, 상기 하드디스크 드라이브의 바닥면을 이루는 베이스에 하부판을 나사로 체결하는 제1과정과; 상기 제1과정후에 표면처리하는 제2과정과; 상기 하부판에 안착하고 베이스에 상부판을 나사로 체결하는 제3과정과; 상기 제3과정 후에 표면처리하는 제4과정을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 하드디스크 드라이브의 표면처리 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 표면처리는 전착도장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하드디스크 드라이브의 표면처리 방법.
  3. 하드디스크 드라이브에 있어서, 상기 하드디스크 드라이브의 바닥면을 이루는 베이스에 하부판을 접착제로 부착하는 제1과정과; 상기 제1과정 후에 표면처리하는 제2과정과; 자석을 가진 상부판을 커버에 접착제로 부착하는 제3과정과; 상기 제3과정 후에 표면처리하는 것을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 하드디스크 드라이브의 표면처리 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 표면처리는 전착도장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하드디스크 드라이브의 표면처리방법.
  5. 제3항에 있어서 상기 접착제는 통전성인 것을 특징으로 하는 하드디스크 드라이브의 표면처리방법.
