Abstract
본 발명은 비례제어방식의 가스보일러에서 공급되는 가스양을 조정하는데 사용되는 가스밸브의 제어방법에 관한 것이다. 더욱 구체적으로 종래 보일러에서 운전중에 공급되는 가스의 압력이 증가하거나 감소하는 경우에 같은 전류치에 대한 가스압의 편차가 존재하는 히스테리시스(Histerisis) 현상에 의하여 발생되는 전류 출력값을 차이를 보정하고 적정한 양의 가스를 제공하도록 가스밸브를 비례제어하는 방법에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a control method of a gas valve used to adjust the amount of gas supplied from a proportional control gas boiler. 본 발명의 제어방법은, 설정 온도에 따라서 공급되는 가스양의 압력을 결정하기 위한 데이타를 실측하는 제1단계와, 상기 제1단계에서 결정된 가스 압력과 인가 전류등의 데이타를 제어용 마이컴에 입력하는 제2단계와, 설정 온도와 난방수 온도와의 차이를 계산하고, 그 계산값에 따라서 필요한 열량을 계산하는 제3단계와, 난방수의 온도가 상승중인가 또는 하강중인가를 판단하기 위한 제4단계와, 상기 제4단계의 결정에 의하여 해당되는 데이타를 판독하여 해당전류값을 가스밸브 제어부에 공급하여 가스밸브를 제어하는 제5단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.The control method of the present invention includes a first step of measuring data for determining the pressure of the amount of gas supplied according to a set temperature, and a method of inputting data such as gas pressure and applied current determined in the first step into a control microcomputer.
