Abstract
본 발명은 로터리 압축기의 베인구조에 관한 것으로, 베인의 고압측면 후방에 고압의 냉매가스가 작용하는 적어도 1개 이상의 요입부를 형성하여, 밀폐용기 내의 동일한 압력 작용시, 접촉 면적 증대에 의한 힘이 크게 되도록 함으로써 실린더의 저압실 측의 모서리 부위를 기점으로 하는 모멘트가 시계방향으로 작용하계 되며, 따라서 고압실과 저압실의 압력차에 의하여 발생한 모멘트와 상쇄되어, 베인이 기울어짐 없이 면접촉을 하면서 원활하게 이동함으로써 국부접촉에 의한 마모를 방지하고, 소음을 저감시키도록 한 것이다.The present invention relates to a vane structure of a rotary compressor, wherein at least one concave portion in which a high-pressure refrigerant gas acts is formed behind the high-pressure side of the vane, so that the force due to the increase of the contact area is large when the same pressure is applied in the sealed container.
