본 발명은 시멘트 모르타르 조성물에 있어서, 시멘트 65∼68 중량부, 구사 22∼24 중량부, 폴리스틸렌 발포입자 4∼8 중량부. 에틸렌 비닐아세테이트 발포이바 2∼6 중량부, 증접제 0.2 중량부, 무기질 섬유 0.1∼1.5중량부로 조성된 경량 시멘트 모르타르 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서는 작업성과 단열성 및 경량성을 동시에 개선하기 위하여 천연모래 다신 비중이 낮은 폴리 스틸렌 발포입자와 에틸렌 비닐 아세테이트 발포입자 및 규사(6호)를 사용하였으며 이들을 모르타르로 제조시 시멘트와의 혼합성과 유연성을 개선시켜주기 위하여 증점제와 무기질 섬유를 첨가하였다. 본 발명의 경량 시멘트 모르타르 조성물을 시공후 경화건조 수축과정에서 합성수지계 발포입자의 탄력 흡수력으로 인해 균열 및 박리 방지 효과가 크며 열전도율이 일반 시멘트 모르타르의 10% 수준으로 단열 결로 방지 효과가 있으며 비중이 일반 시멘트 모르타르의정도로서 작업성이 뛰어나므로 기계적 시공이 가능하다고 시공능률도 우수하게 된다.The present invention, in the cement mortar composition, 65 to 68 parts by weight of cement, 22 to 24 parts by weight of the yarn, 4 to 8 parts by weight of polystyrene foam particles.
