Abstract

본 발명은 오수, 분뇨, 정화조오니, 축산폐수, 쓰레기 매립장 침출수 등의 고농도 폐수를 오존과 비석분말을 사용하여 청등한 처리수를 생산하는 고농도 유기무기 폐수처리 방법에 관한 것이다.
종래의 폐수처리방법에서는 대규모의 처리시설이 요구되어 설비의 어려움과 설치비용이 과다하다는 문제점이 노출되었다.
본 발명은 상기의 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 원심분리기의 전처리공정으로 고형물의 95% 이상을 제거하고 오존 산화공정을 통하여 고분자화합물을 저분자 수용액화 한 후 비석분말로 이들은 흡착시켜 응집침전의 효율을 극대화시키는데 그 특징이 있다.
따라서 본 발명의 유기무기 폐수처리법으로 오수 등을 처리하면 기존의 방법보다 건설비와 유지관리비가 저렴하며 비전문 소수인력으로 안전하게 운전할 수 있다는 장점이 있다.

Claims (1)

  1. 오수, 분뇨, 정화조오니, 축산폐수, 쓰레기 매립장의 침출수 등의 유기 무기 폐수 처리방법에 있어서, 고농도의 성상을 원심분리식 전처리공정으로 총고형물 5%이하, 유기 무기물50% 이하, 활성 슬러지 50% 이하의 저농도 균질로 성상화 하고, 데미스터층이 내설된 정량조(8)와 산화조(13)를 오존(O3) 산화공정으로 구성하고, 정량조에서 유입되는 현탁물을 흡착하기 위하여 비석(沸石)분말을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고농도 유기 무기 폐수 고도 처리방법.
