Abstract

본 발명은 차량용 범퍼, 특히 플라스틱 범퍼의 백 비임에 관한 것으로, 대략 ㄷ자형 단면을 갖는 외피 부재와 그 내부에 설치되는 보강 부재로써 구성되는 차량용 플라스틱 범퍼의 백 비임에 있어서, 상기 외피 부재로부터 후방으로 일정 거리로 연장되는 융기부와, 상기 융기부로부터 후방으로 더욱 연장되며 차체 프레임의 범퍼 고정 구멍에 삽입되는 지주를 구비하며, 상기 융기부와 지주가 외피 부재와 일체로 형성된 것을 특징으로 한다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Claims

In the back beam of a plastic bumper for a vehicle composed of an outer shell member having a substantially U-shaped cross section and a reinforcing member provided therein, a bulge extending rearwardly from the outer shell member at a distance and further rearwardly from the ridge. And a support extending into the bumper fixing hole of the vehicle body frame, wherein the ridge and the support are integrally formed with the shell member.

2. The back beam of a plastic bumper for a vehicle according to claim 1, wherein the ridge is provided with a reinforcing beam extending forward from the support.

3. The back beam of a plastic bumper for a vehicle according to claim 2, wherein the reinforcement beam extends to an extension line of the shell member of the back beam.

4. The back beam of a plastic bumper for a vehicle according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein a recess is formed in a longitudinal direction on the side wall of the support.

4. The back beam of a plastic bumper for a vehicle according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein a plurality of reinforcing ribs extending in the longitudinal direction are formed at an outer side of the side wall of the support.

4. The back beam of a plastic bumper for a vehicle according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein a plurality of reinforcing ribs extending in the longitudinal direction are formed in an inner sidewall of the post.
