Abstract

본 발명은 칼라 브라운관용 패널 그라스에 관한 것으로, 횡장형 칼라 브라운관은 패널 그라스(1)의 중심(3)에서 상하 좌우 모서리(2)쪽으로 갈수록 과도한 응력이 가해지므로 패널 그라스(1)의 양 단부에서 하향절곡된 스커트부(4)의 강고다 약해지는 문제가 있고, 이 패널 그라스(1)의 스커트부(4)의 절곡각도를 대각축 각도 Dθ는 5도 내지 7도, 장축 각도Lθ는 3도 내지 6도, 단축 각도Sθ는 6도 내지 9도로 한정한 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명은 스커트부(4)의 절곡각도를 한정시키는 것만으로 간단하게 패널의 강도와 방폭특성을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과를 가진다.

Claims (4)

  1. 칼라 브라운관용 패널 그라스에 있어서, 상기 패널 그라스(1)의 스커트부(4)의 절곡각도를 일정한 각도로 절곡하여 패널의 강도 및 방폭특성을 향상시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라 브라운관용 패널 그라스.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스커트부(4)의 대각축 각도Dθ는 5도 내지 7도인 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라 브라운관용 패널 그라스.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스커트부(4)의 장축 각도Lθ는 3도 내지 6도인 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라 브라운관용 패널 그라스.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스커트부(4)의 단축 각도Sθ는 6도 내지 9도인 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라 브라운관용 패널 그라스.
