Abstract
본 발명은 이송물의 인식에 사용되는 신규한 판독시스켐과 그 라벨장치를 개시한다.
바코드를 이용한 판독시스템은 고가이며 인식오류율이 높을뿐 아니라 인식시 이송장치의 정지가 필요한 등의 문제가 있었다.
본 발명에서는 이송장치의 진행방향에 따라 감지부와 비감지부가 교호되는 라벨을 설치하여 간단한 구성의 감지센서로 이송장치의 통과에 따른 신호열을 감지함으로써 이송물을 식별하도록 하였다.

제4도는 본 발명에 따른 라벨장치의 한 구성을 보이는 사시도이다.
Claims (4)
- 이송물을 이송장치상에 적재하여 컨베이어 라인을 따라 이동시키는 일관 생산 공정에 있어서, 상기 이송 장치의 일측에 그 진행방향을 따라 복수의 감지부 및 비감지부가 순차적으로 배열된 라벨을 부착하고, 상기 컨베이어 라인상의 한 위치에 설치된 한 감지센서로 상기 라벨의 통과에 따른 신호열을 감지하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 이송물 판독시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 라벨이 감지단과 대기단의 2단으로 구성되고, 각각 감지부와 비감지부가 구비된 복수의 디지트가 상기 감지단과 대기단간을 승강할 수 있도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 이송물 판독시스템.
- 이송장치에 설치되는 몸체와, 상기 몸체에 배열된 복수의 안내홈과, 감지판을 구비하여 상기 안내홈을 승강하여 감지센서에 감지될 수 있는 감지단과 감지되지 않는 대기단간을 이동하는 복수의 버튼을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 라벨장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 감지센서가 반사형 광센서이며 상기 감지판이 반사판인 것을 특징으로 하는 라벨장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
