Abstract

The foam mesh is produced by preparing PVC plastisol containing a PVC resin mixture of emulsion polymerized PVC resin and microsuspension polymerized PVC resin in a weight ratio of 40 : 60 to 60 : 40, plastisol and a foaming agent; pregelling the PVC plastisol by heating at 100-120 deg.C after coating primarily on the surface and back of textile having a density of 7=G7 to 20=G20/inch woven with high strength and low shrink yarn; and foaming the coated textile by heating at 190-225 deg.C after coating the PVC plastisol secondarily on the surface and back of the coated complex combined with the pregelled PVC plastisol and textile.
