Abstract

본 발명은 집적회로 복제 테스트 회로 및 방법을 공개한다. 그 회로는 소정의 입력을 인가하기 위한 키이 입력수단, 상기 키이 입력수단의 입력신호에 응답하여 특정한 출력을 발생하기 위한 프로그램을 내장하고 있는 집적회로, 상기 집적회로에 의해서 발생된 특정한 출력을 표시하기 위한 표시수단으로 구성되어 있다. 따라서, 집적회로의 복제 유무를 용이하게 테스트할 수 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. 소정의 입력을 인가하기 위한 키이 입력수단; 상기 키이 입력수단의 입력신호에 응답하여 특정한 출력을 발생하기 위한 프로그램을 내장하고 있는 집적회로; 상기 집적회로에 의해서 발생된 특정한 출력을 표시하기 위한 표시수단을 구비하여 상기 집적회로의 복제 유무를 테스트할 수 있는 집적회로 복제 테스트 회로.
  2. 소정의 입력을 인가하기 위한 키이 입력수단; 상기 키이 입력수단의 입력신호에 응답하여 특정한 출력을 발생하기 위한 프로그램을 내장하고 있는 집적회로; 상기 집적회로에 의해서 발생된 특정한 출력을 표시하기 위한 표시수단을 구비한 집적회로 복제 테스트 회로의 테스트 방법에 있어서, 상기 키이 입력수단에 의해서 상기 집적회로에 입력신호를 인가하는 단계; 상기 키이 입력이 특정한 키인 입력인지를 판단하는 판단 단계; 만일 특정한 키이 입력이면 상기 표시수단에 특정한 출력을 표시하고 만일 특정한 키이 입력이 아니면 일반적인 키이 입력에 따른 수행 결과를 상기 표시수단에 표시하는 표시단계를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 집적회로 복제 테스트 방법.
