액정표시장치의 선택된 주파수의 플리커성분을 측정하기 위한 플리커성분 측정장치로서, 액정표시장치의 표시화면의 휘도를 아날로그 신호로 변환하기 위한 광전변환수단; 선택된 주파수 성분을 갖는 필터링된 신호를 출력하기 위해 아날로그 신호를 필터링하기 위한 필터수단; 및 필터링된 신호를 디지털 신호로 변환하기 위한 신호변환수단을 포함한다.

제1도는 본 발명에 의한 1 실시예의 플리커성분 측정장치의 구성을 도시한 블록도.
제2a, 2b 및 2c도는 액정표시장치에 있어서 플리커 발생의 원리를 설명하기 위한 도면.
제3도는 액정표시장치로부터 출력되는 신호에 포함된 플리커 성분을 측정하는 종래 장치의 구성을 개략적으로 보인 도면.

Claims (6)

  1. 액정표시장치의 선택된 주파수의 플리커성분을 측정하기 위한 플리커성분 측정장치로서, 액정표시장치의 표시화면의 휘도를 아날로그 신호로 변환하기 위한 광전변환 수단; 선택된 주파수 성분을 갖는 필터링된 신호를 출력하기 위해 상기 아날로그 신호를 필터링차기 위한 필터 수단; 및 상기 필터링된 신호를 디지털 신호로 변환하기 위한 신호 변환 수단을 포함하는 플리커성분 측정장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광전변환 수단은 표시화면에 대향하여 배치된 수광부를 포함하며, 이 광전변환 수단은 상기 아날로그 신호를 필터 수단에 출력하는 플리커성분 측정장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 아날로그 신호를 수신 및 증폭하여 그 증폭된 신호를 필터수단에 출력하기 위한 증폭 수단을 더 포함하는 플리커성분 측정장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필터 수단은 이 필터수단에 의해 필터링될 아날로그 신호의 주파수 대역폭을 변경시킬 수 있는 플리커성분 측정장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 신호변환 수단은; 상기 필터링된 신호를 이 필터링된 신호의 실효치에 대응하는 실효신호로 변환하기 위한 AC-DC 변환기; 상기 실효신호에 중첩되는 리플을 제거하기 위한 리플 제거기; 및 상기 리플 제거기로부터 출력되는 신호를 디지털 신호로 변환하기 위한 A-D 변환기를 포함하는 플리커성분 측정장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 디지털 신호를 표시하기 위한 표시수단을 더 포함하는 플리커성 분 측정장치.
