Abstract
본 발명은 방화문이 설치자재인 전동식 방화셧터에 관한 것으로 종래에는 셔터판(11)의 하부 일측에 비상문을 설치할시 그 설치위치가 국한되며, 자동폐쇄기(22)에 내장된 폐쇄 작동 직류솔레이드(23)와 브레이크복구 교류솔레노이드(27)에 교호적으로 반복하여 전원이 인가되어 브레이크작동구(24)를 밀고 당기는 동작이 지속되므로 교류솔레노이드(27)가 파손되는 일이 빈발하였다. 본 발명은 길쭉한 판상의 슬팻(11a)이 상하로 연결된 셔터판, 건물의 측벽에 매설되어 셔터판(11)의 승강을 유도하기 위한 가이드레일(12), 전물의 천정에 설치되어 셔터판(11)을 승강시키는 구동장치 등이 셔터박스(13)등으로 이루어지며 연기나 열 센스(60)(60')에 의하여 작동하는 전동식 방화셔터에 있어서, 자동폐쇄기(22')의 회로가 개선되어 그 내부의 폐쇄자동복구 교류솔레노이드(43)의손상과 셔터판(11)이 말려서 파손되는 일이 방지됨과 아울러 슬랫(11a)간의 요동을 방지하기 위한 결속구(72)및 압축스프링(74)이 내장된 복귀구(73)를 셔터판(11)의 배면에 설치하는 구성이어서 셔터판의 원하는 위치에 비상문(70)을 설치가능하며, 유독 가스의 확산이 방지되도록 가스차단구(80')(80")(80"')를 비상문(70)의 상ㆍ하단부와 경첩연결부(79)ㆍ경첩연결부(79)에 대향하는 비상문(70)과 셔터판(11) 4곳에 설치하는 구성이어서 자동폐쇄기에 내설된 교류솔레노이드 및 셔터판(11)의 파손이 방지되며, 종래와 비교할 때 방화셔터의 시설관리가 더욱 편리하고 안전하며 공간이용의 관점에서도 보다 간편하고 미려한공간의 확보가 가능한 등 여러가지로 잇점이 있는 것이다.The present invention relates to an electric fire shutter having a fire door as an installation material.
