Abstract

본 발명은 피닐피롤리돈의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 피롤리돈에 알카리금속수산화물 촉매 및 아세틸렌을 부가시켜 비닐피롤리돈 제조시 조촉매로서 다음 구조식(I) 또는 구조식(II)로 표시되는 에틸렌아민 유도체를 첨가하여 반응생성물 중에 부생성물로 존재하는 비휘발성 고분자 잔분을 획기적으로 감소시켜 비닐피롤리돈의 수율을 향상시킴은 물론 비닐피롤리돈의 분리 및 정제를 손쉽게 해결할 수 있는 비닐피롤리돈의 신규한 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
상기식에서, R은 수소원자 또는 C1~C2의 알킬기이고, R1는 C1~C2의 알킬기 또는 -C(O)-R2이고, 이때 R2는 C1~C2의 알킬기이며, n은 1 내지 4의 정수이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 피롤리돈에 알칼리금속 수산화물 촉매 및 아세틸렌을 부가시켜 비닐피롤리돈을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 피롤리돈 100중량부에 조촉매로서 다음 구조식(I) 또는 구조식(II)로 표시되는 에틸렌아민 유도체 3~10중량부를 첨가하고 200~350psi의 아세틸렌 분압하에 100~160℃의 온도에서 비닐화 반응시키는 것을 그 특징으로 하는 비닐피롤리돈의 제조방법.
    상기식에서, R은 수소원자 또는 C1~C2의 알킬기이고, R1는 C1~C2의 알킬기 또는 -C(O)-R2이며, 이때 R2는 C1~C2의 알킬기이고, n은 1 내지 4의 정수이다.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 알카리금속수산화물로는 수산화나트륨 또는 수산화칼륨을 사용하되 피롤리돈 100중량부에 대하여 2~7중량부 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비닐피롤리돈의 제조방법.
