Abstract
본 발명은 베어링하우징의 주조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 구체적으로는 스치로폴 발포수지로 베어링 하우징의 모형을 만들고 그 모형으로 소정간격으로 다단적층된 주형을 구성시킨다음 주형에 융해금속을 흘려 넣어서 용해금속열로 모형을 태워 가스화시키므로서 그 모형이 타는 공간에 융해금속이 채워지는 과정으로 주조시킬 수 있게 함과 하우징 중심공 내측으로 주입구가 형성되게하여 주조된 제품의 주입구를 지우는 그라인딩 작업을 할 필요가 없고 중심공 내측 가공만으로 제품이 완성되게 하여 노동강도를 줄이고 주조제품의 치수가 정확하여 가공불량이 감소되며 주조과정에서 폐기물이 없고 표면이 미려한 제품을 얻을 수 있으며 소량 다품종의 자동화 생산이 가능하도록 한 것이다.The present invention relates to a method for casting a bearing housing, and more specifically, to make a model of a bearing housing with a styropol foamed resin, and to form a multi-stacked mold at predetermined intervals, and then to melt molten metal by pouring molten metal into the mold.
