Abstract

본 발명은 금형공간 내부를 계속적으로 감압시키면서 용탕을 충전시키는 진공 다이캐스팅 방법 및 그 장치에 관한 것으로, 구조가 복잡한 진공펌프를 사용하지 않고 어느 다이캐스팅 공장에서나 보유, 사용하고 있는 공기 압축기를 이용하여 금형공간 내부를 감압시킴으로써 구성이 간단하고, 비용이 저렴하며, 작업 및 관리를 용이하게 할 수 있도록 한 것이바, 이러한 본 발명은 고정금형 및 가동금형과, 상기 금형의 금형공간에 용탕을 주입하기 위한 용탕 압송 수단과, 용탕의 주입시 금형공간 내에 발행하는 가스를 배기시키기 위한 감압수단과, 금형공간내 배기에 따른 용탕의 분출을 방지하기 위한 용탕 분출 방지 수단을 갖는 진공 다이캐스팅 장치에 있어서, 상기 감압수단이 금형의 금형공간 상부로 연장 형성되는 칠 벤트 캐비티상에 연결된 T형 노즐과, 상기 T형 노즐의 일측 개구부에 연결되어 그 노즐의 칠 벤트 캐비티 연결부에 부(-)압이 걸리도록 압축공기를 고속으로 분사하는 압축공기 분사 라인계로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하고 있다.The present invention relates to a vacuum die casting method and apparatus for filling a molten metal while continuously depressurizing the inside of a mold space.
