Abstract

본 발명은, 간단한 구조임에도 불구하고, 증기멸균과, 같은 고온도에 의한 급격한 온도변화에도 견딜 수 있는 내열성을 보유하는 중공사형 필터를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해서, 수납케이스 내에 다수의 중공사상 여과막이 포팅재로 집속고정되어 이루어지는 중공사형 필터에 있어서, 선단을 향함에 따라 두께가 크게 되도록 설정한 고정링을 포팅재를 주입하는 수납케이스 내면에 설치하고, 이 고정링의 적당한 곳에 두께방향으로 관통하는 공기배출구를 설치한 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (5)

  1. 수납케이스(2)내에 다수의 중공사상 여과막이 포팅재(4)로 집속고정되어 이루어지는 중공사형 필터에 있어서, 선단을 향함에 따라 두께가 크게 되도록 설정한 고정링(1)을 포팅재를 주입하는 수납케이스 내면에 설치하고, 이 고정링의 적당한 곳에 두께방향으로 관통하는 공기배출구(5)를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 중공사형 필터.
  2. 수납케이스(2)내에 다수의 중공사상 여과막이 포팅재(4)로 집속고정되어 이루어지는 중공사형 필터에 있어서, 선단을 향함에 따라 두께가 크게 되도록, 단면형상을 상하에 테이퍼면을 보유하도록 확개시켜서 이루어지는 고정링(1)을 포팅재를 주입하는 수납케이스 내면에 설치하고, 이 고정링의 적당한 곳에 두께방향으로 관통하는 공기배출구(5)를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 중공사형 필터.
  3. 수납케이스(2)내에 다수의 중공사상 여과막이 포팅재(4)로 집속고정되어 이루어지는 중공사형 필터에 있어서, 선단을 향함에 따라 두께가 크게 되도록 설정한 고정링(1)을 포팅재를 주입하는 수납케이스 내면에 설치하고, 고정링의 기단부 또는 선단부의 일부를 남기도 두께방향으로 관통하는 공기배출구(5)를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 중공사형 필터.
  4. 수납케이스(2)내에 다수의 중공사상 여과막이 포팅재(4)로 집속고정되어 이루어지는 중공사형 필터에 있어서, 선단을 향함에 따라 두께가 크게 되도록, 단면형상을 상하에 테이퍼면을 보유하도록 확개시켜서 이루어지는 고정링(1)을 포팅재를 주입하는 수납케이스 내면에 설치하고, 고정링의 기단부 또는 선단부의 일부를 남기고 두께방향으로 관통하는 공기배출구(5)를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 중공사형 필터.
  5. 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한함에 있어서, 내열성이 120℃이상이고, 실온∼120℃의 온도범위에서, 최대인장 허용응력이 25㎏/㎠이상, 최대신장이 10%이상인 포팅재를 사용하여 이루어지는 중공사형 필터.
