주철제 가로등주의 너트형 연결구

본 고안은 주철제로 주조되는 일정길이의 가로등 등주를 상하로 연결할 수 있도록 만든 너트형 연결구에 관한 것이다.
종래의 조립식 가로등주는 일정길이로 된 주철등주 소재의 일단에 수나사를 형성하고 그와 결합되는 타측등주 소재의 조립홈에 암나사부를 형성하여 서로를 직접결합하여 조립케한 것이므로 중량이 큰 주철등주를 직접 회전시켜야 하기 때문에 작업이 불편할 뿐 아니라 가공작업도 까다로워 생산성이 저하되는 불편이 있었다.
본 고안은 위와같은 종래의 결점을 시정하기 위하여 안출한 것으로 이를 첨부된 도면에 의거 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
일정길이로 분할주조되 하측 등주(1)의 상단에 수나사관(2)을 돌출되게 형성하고 상측등주(3)의 하단에 수나사관(4)을 동출되게 형성하여 이를 너트형상의 연결구(5)로 조립시키도록 하고 연결구(5)는 중심공에 암나사관(6)(6a)을 상하로 형성하고 외주면에 수개의 요입홈(7)을 등고선상에 형성시킨 구조이다.
이와같이 된 본 고안은 하측 등주(1)를 작업대 위에 횡치하여 그 연결부에 있는 수나사관(2)을 연결구(5)의 암나사관(6)에 끼워 연결구(5)의 요입홈(7)에 수공구를 끼워 회전시키면 연결구가 결합되고 연결구가 결합된 등주소재를 회전작업대 위에 횡치하고 상측등주 소재(3)의 수나사관(4)을 연결구의 다른 쪽 암나사관(6a)에 끼워 연결구(5)의 요입홈(7)에 수공구를 끼워 회전시키면 연결구가 회전되어서 상하등주가 조립되므로 간단한 작업으로 중량체인 상하등주(1)(3)를 신속히 조립시킬 수 있어 중량이 큰 주철재 등주를 편리하게 조립할 수 있는 장점이 있고 등주의 연결구는 별도로 만들어 가공하기 때문에 여녈구를 특수합금철강으로 만들어 사용할 수 있으므로 견고하게 외면의 모양이 다양한 연결구를 만들 수 있어서 특색있는 조립식 등주의 제작이 가능케 되며 간단한 기구로 조립과 해체가 가능하므로 사용이 편리한 이점을 얻을 수 있을 것이다.

  1. (정정 1회)일정길이로 분할주조되 하측 등주(1)의 상단에 수나사관(2)을 돌출되게 상측등주(3)의 하단에 수나사관(4)을 돌출되게 형성하여 이를 너트형상의 연결구(5)로 조립케 하며 연결구(5)의 중심공에 상하로 암나사관(6)(6a)을 형성하고 외주면에 수개의 요입홈(7)을 등고선상에 형성시킨 주철제 가고등주의 너트형 연결구.
