수직 블라인더

본 고안의 수직 커튼 또는 블라인더(이하 수직블라인더라고 함)에 관한 것으로 특히 수직블라인더의 단위블레이드들의 양끝이 겹쳐지도록 만들어주었을 때 단위블레이드들의 겹쳐진 부위가 바람에 의해서 쉽게 벌어지는 것을 효과적으로 방지할 수 있는 수직 블라인터에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 수직블라인더는 제1동 도시된바와 같이 여러개의 단위블레이드(10)를 창문틀쪽 커텐박스에 고정되는 안내체널(11)상에서 단위블레이드(10)들의 양끝이 겹쳐진 상태로 또는 단위블레이드(10)들이 넓은 간격으로 벌려서 차광효과를 얻는 것으로서 제1도에는 단위블레이드(10)들의 하단부가 체인(12)으로 연결된 것이 도시되어 있으나, 경우에 따라서 체인(12)이 생략되어 단위블레이드(10)를 젖히고 사람이 출입하게 만든것도 있다.
종래의 수직블라인더는 제2도에 도시된 바와 같이 단순히 길이가 길고 두께가 얇은 판상의 단위블레이드(20)로 이루어진 것이기 때문에 단위블레이드(20)들의 양끝이 서로 겹쳐지도록 해주었을 경우 바람이 불거나 사람이 지날 때 단위블레이드(20)들이 벌어졌다가 본래의 겹쳐진 상태로 복귀되지 않아 원하는 차단효과를 거둘 수 없게되는 등의 문제점이 많었다.
본 고안은 상술한바와 같은 종래의 문제점을 해결한 것으로 본 고안의 목적은 단위블레이드들의 겹쳐진 상태가 흗트러질 우려가 없이 블라인더 본래의 차단효과를 거둘 수 있는 수직블라인더를 제공하는데 있다.
본 고안을 이하 예시도면에 의하여 더욱 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본 고안은 제3도에 예시된 바와 같이 통상의 단위블레이드(30)의 앞면(30-1)과 뒷면(30-2)쪽 가장자리에 각각 길이방향으로 요홈(31)과 돌기(32)를 형성하여서 된 것이다.
이와 같이 구성된 본 고안은 제4도에 예시된 바와 같이 단위블레이드(30a)(30b)(30c)들의 양끝이 서로 겹쳐지도록 했을 때 단위블레이드(30a)의 돌기(32)는 다른 단위블레이드(30b)의 요홈(31)에 이 단위블레이드(30b)의 돌기(32)는 또다른 단위블레이드(31c)의 요홈(31)에 끼워맞춤되는 형태로 유지시켜줄 수 있기 때문에 웬만한 바람에도 단위 블레이드(30a)(30b)(30c)들의 겹쳐진 상태가 흐트러진 우려가 없을 뿐만아니라 단위블레이드(30a)(30b)(30c)들의 하단이 사람이 출입할 수 있도록 자유단일 경우 사람이 지난다음 단위블레이드(30a)(30b)(30c)가 벌려진 상태에서 다시 겹쳐진 상태로 원상복구가 잘 이루어지기 때문에 블라인더 가 본래의 차단효과를 얻을 수 있는 장점이있다.

  1. 통상의 단위블레이드(30)의 앞면(30-1)과 뒷면(30-2)쪽 가장자리에 각각 길이방향으로 요홈(31)과 돌기(32)를 형성하여서된 것음을 특징으로 하는 수직 블라인더.
