Abstract
엔코더 출력 전송 시스템에 있어서, 종래으 엔코더 출력신호 전송시 신호선이 과다하며, 외부외 인자요소에 의한 전송신호의 노이즈가 유입되어 송신한계가 있었기 때문에, 속도 검출부 및 위치신호 검출부를 통하여 검출된 6개의 채널을 복수개의 증폭 및 파형 정형부에 의해 제각기 증폭한 후 파형정형화 시키고, 상기 파형정형된 6개의 채널신호를 캐리어 주파수 발생부로 부터 공급되는 송정 레벨의 전송 주파수 신호에 따라 복수개의 주파수 변조부를 통하여 주파수 신호를 변조시켜 출력한 후, 상기 변조된 주파수 신호를 광로컬 에리어 통신에 적합하도록 신호변환 및 전송부로 부호화하여 광파이버 케이블로 복조부에 전송하는 엔코더 출력 전송시스템 방식을 구현함으로써 주변환경요소에 의해 노이즈를 저감시키고, 신호 전송 에러율을 제로화하여 초정밀 제어가 가능하다.In the encoder output transmission system, six signal lines are detected by the speed detector and the position signal detector because the signal lines are excessive when the encoder output signal is transmitted, and the transmission limit is due to the noise of the transmission signal caused by external and external factors.
