본고안은 자동차 도어(door)외측 핸들(handle)구조에 관한 것으로서, 특히 핸들의 내측으로 자체 고정리브와 핸들의 클립아암 사이에 설치되는 토션스프링의 외부에 내마무성과 자기 윤활성이 우수한 플라스틱 튜브를 씌워 설치하고, 상기 차체 고정리브 사이에는 고정바아를 설치하여 중심에 판스프링을 고정하고 그타단에는 핸들의 클립아암과 접동할 수 있게 이동바아를 설치하여 오랜시간 사용시 스프링의 마모에 따라 장착상태의 불균형으로 도어 개폐시 클립아암과 자체와의 긁힘 소음을 방지하고 항시 일정한 텐션력을 핸들이 유지할 수 있도록 하여 주는 자동차의 도어 외측면 핸들구조에 관한 것이다.The subject of the present invention relates to a handle structure of an outer door of an automobile.
