본 고안은 직기에서 제직된 직물지를 관찰대로 통과시키면서 직물지에 제직홈이나 얼룩유무를 검사하는 검단기의 무단 변속장치에 관한 것으로서 보다 구체적인 것은 구동풀리와 직물지 안내로울러 종동풀리 사이에는 중앙에 이동륜을 마련하고 그 양측으로 고정륜을 장치하여 벨트홈을 복수로 형성시킨 가변풀리를 설치하여 일정각도만큼 회동되면서 이동륜과 고정륜간의 걸리는 벨트의 유효지름을 변경할수 있게 하므로서 이와 연결되는 안내로울러의 회전수를 무단으로 변속할수 있으므로 관찰대상에 이동하는 직물지에 주름이나 접히는 현상을 막아줄 수 있게 되어 검단작업을 효율적으로 정확하게 할수 있게한 것이다.The present invention relates to a continuously variable transmission device of a checker that checks the weaving grooves or stains on the textile paper while passing through the textile paper woven from the loom.
