본 고안은 직기에서 제직한 직물지의 품질을 검사하기 위해 만든 직물 검단기에 관한 것인데 보다 구체적인 것은 기틀의 전면중 양부에 일정의 경사를 유지하는 평판으로된 관찰대(1)를 설치하여 검단할 직물지를 관찰대(1) 표면으로 통과시켜 검단하고 검단된 직물지는 관찰대 하측의 말대 구동로울러(6)(7) 위에 얹혀진 말대(8)에 공급하여 감아 내도록하되 관찰대(1)의 상단부에 안내로울러(2)를 가로방향으로 설치하여 그 회전축에 푸울리(21)를 부착하여 동력전달축(12)의 감속푸울리(12a)와 연결시켜 저속으로 회전되게 구성하고 관찰대(1)의 하단부에는 좌우측이 대향되게 나선홈으로 형성된 확포용 로울러(3)를 가로방향으로 설치하여 그 회전축에 푸울리(31)를 부착하여 동력전달축(12)의 푸울리(12b)와 벨트(4)로 연결하여 직물공급속도 보다 빠르게 회전되도록 구성하여 직물지가 관찰대를 통과할 때 확포로울러의 작용으로 주름이 생기지 않도록 펴지게하여 검단작업이 편리하게 하며 말대구동로울러(6)(7) 하측 전면에는 안내봉(5)을 횡설하되 그 양단축봉(51)을 프레임에 고정한 볼트(52) 구멍으로 관통시켜 돌출단과 프레임 사이에 받침구(53)를 개입시키므로서 검단된 직물지를 말대에 감을때는 안내봉(5)에서 한번 더 주름을 펴는 작업을 하여 주름이 생기지 않게 하므로서 검단후의 처리가 능율적으로 되게한 것임.The present invention relates to a fabric checker made to inspect the quality of the fabric paper weaved from the loom.
