Abstract

본 발명은 음료수 냉각장치를 개시한다.
본 발명은, 그 내면에 음료수가 수납되며 바닥면에는 배출호스가 형성된 저장통; 상기 저장통의 외측면에 고정 설치되며 저장통에 수납된 음료수를 결빙시키는 증발기; 상기 저장통의 외측면을 감싸며 외기로부터 저장통을 차단하는 단열재; 상기 저장통의 상부에 결합되며, 그 상부 양측면에 음료 투입구와 음료 배출구가 마련되고, 이를 중심으로 하여 중심 하부면에는 저장통의 바닥면과 소정간격 이격되며 저장통을 공급부와 배출구로 구획하는 구획판이 마련된 덮개; 상기 덮개의 일측 상부를 관통하여 저장통의 내주면과 인접되도록 연장 형성되며 증발기에 의해 결빙된 얼음의 두께를 제어하는 감지센서; 를 포함하여 된 것으로서, 증발기를 통해 저장통내의 음료수를 직접 냉각하는 것이기 때문에 간접 냉각방식에 비하여 좀더 냉각된 음료수를 소비자에게 공급할 수 있으며, 특히 반복적으로 음료수를 공급하여도 그 냉각효율이 떨어지지 않아 항시 냉각된 음료수를 소비자에게 공급할 수 있다. 따리서 이를 채용한 제품에 대한 소비자의 신뢰성을 더 한층 향상시킬 수 있다.

Claims (1)

  1. 그 내면에 음료수가 수납되며 바닥면에는 배출호스가 형성된 저장통; 상기 저장통의 외측면에 고정 설치되며 저장통에 수납된 음료수를 결빙시키는 증발기; 상기 저장통의 외측면을 감싸며 외기로부터 저장통을 차단하는 단열재; 상기 저장통의 상부에 결합되며, 그 상부 양측면에 음료 투입구와 음료 배출구가 마련되고, 이를 중심으로 하여 중심 하부면에는 저장통의 바닥면과 소정간격 이격되며 저장통을 공급부와 배출부로 구획하는 구획판이 마련된 덮개; 상기 덮개의 일측 상부를 관통하여 저장통의 내주면과 인접되도록 연장 형성되며 증발기에 의해 결빙된 얼음의 두께를 제어하는 감지센서; 를 포함하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 판매기의 음료수 냉각장치.
