Abstract

본 발명은 밀폐형 로타리 압축기에 관한 것으로, 종래에는 가스가 증발기(C)를 통과한 후에 흡입관(12)을 거쳐서 압축기 실린더의 기구부에 유입되어 압축을 시작하게 되는데 이때, 실린더(3)가 가열된 상태이기 때문에, 흡입가스가 급격히 가열되고, 흡입가스의 과열에 따라 냉매의 비체적이 증가하며, 따라서 질량유동률이 감소함으로써 전체적인 압축기의 효율이 저하되는 문제점이 있었는 바, 실린더에 연결된 흡인관을 2중관으로 형성하고, 상기 흡입관과 응축기 사이에 제2의 팽창변을 연결설치하여 상기 흡입관으로 냉매가스가 흐르도록 구성한 본 발명을 제공하여 실린더의 과열에 따르는 흡입가스의 열전달을 차단하여 흡입가스의 과열로 인한 손실저감을 방지함으로써 압축기의 효율을 향상시키도록 한 것이다.The present invention relates to a hermetic rotary compressor, and conventionally, after the gas passes through the evaporator (C), the gas flows into the mechanical part of the compressor cylinder through the suction pipe 12 to start the compression, in which the cylinder 3 is heated.
