본 고안은 기선 권현망 어업에서 멸치를 자연 또는 열풍 건조시 사용되는 멸치발의 세척기에 관한 것이다.
종래에는 이에 적합한 세척기가 없었기 때문에 일일이 수작업으로 세척하다 보니 작업성의 저조는 물론 과다한 인건비 부담과 적기에 어로 작업목적을 수행할 수 없는 폐단과 폐수 발생으로 환경을 오염시키는 문제점이 있었던 것이다.
그리고 폐수정화시설을 별도로 추가 설치해야 하는 과 부담이 있었던 것이다.
본 고안은 이상의 문제점을 해결하고자 안출한 것으로 이의 고안 요지는 콘베어에 의해 이송되는 멸치발을 회전되는 전후 로울러 브라쉬로 세척하되 전방 브라쉬와 후방 브라쉬는 이의 회전 방향을 서로 반대 방향이 되게 한 것이다.
이를 도면에 의거 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
저면에 바퀴(1''')가 달린 다수의 지지간(1')이 부착되고 상부 좌우측에는 카바(11)를 개재시킨 축받이간(1)이 설치되고 이에 끼음된 축(7)(7')에는 원통형상의 솔체(6)(6')가 설치되고 축(7)(7')의 일단에는 풀리(8)(8')가 끼움되어 모타(10)(10')와 연결된 벨트(9)(9')에 의해 서로 반대 방향으로 회동되게 하고 몸체(1)의 길이 방향으로는 안내레일(4) 및 베어링(3')과 안내로울러(2)(2')를 개재시킨 멸치발(12)의 이송 콘베어(3)가 설치되어 이의 축에 끼음된 풀리(5')는 모타(5)와 연결된 벨트(5)에 의해 회동되게 한 것이다.
이상과 같이 구성된 본 고안은 멸치발 세척기인바 이의 실시예를 설명하면 모타(5)(10)(10')를 가동시킨 후 콘베어(3) 및 안내레일(4) 위에 멸치발(12)을 재치하면 멸치발(12)은 콘베어(3)에 의해 몸체(1)의 후방으로 이송되며 이때 몸체(1)의 중간부에 설치된 좌우 원통 솔체(6)(6')에 의해 멸치발(12)의 살대에 끼음됐거나 부착된 찌꺼기 또는 비늘은 용이하게 건식 세척된다.
이때 전방의 원통 솔체(6)와 후방의 원통 솔체(6')는 이의 회전 방향이 서로 반대되기 때문에 전방 솔체(6)가 세척하지 못한 부위는 후방 원통솔(6')이 세척하여 주며, 또한 이의 세척은 건식 세척이므로 폐수로 인한 바닷물의 오염 현상을 방지할 수 있다.
이와 같은 작업은 연속 반복되며, 작업 과정중 발생한 찌꺼기나 비늘과 같은 오물은 카바(1') 내에서 수집되어 하방으로 낙하되므로 일정량 달하면 별도 수거하여 축산 사료용으로 재활용이 가능하게 된다.
이상과 같이 본 고안은 멸치발(12)을 세척함에 있어 콘베어(3)를 통해 이송되는 과정 회전 방향이 서로 반대되는 원통 솔체(6)(6')로서 건식 세척할 수 있게 하였기 때문에 세척 효율의 향상과 작업환경 개선에 크게 기여할 수 있어 매우 실용적이다.

- 몸체(1)의 길이방향으로 안내로울러(2)(2')를 개재시킨 콘베어(3)가 설치되어 모타(5)에 의해 회전되게 하고 몸체(1)의 중간부에 입설된 좌우 축받이간(1)에는 전후 원통 솔체(6)(6')의 축(7)(7')이 끼음되어 모타(10)(10')에 의해 서로 반대방향으로 회동되면서 전기한 콘베어(3)에 의해 이송되는 멸치발(12)을 건식 세척할 수 있게한 멸치발 세척기.
