본 고안은 신의 조립식 굽에 관한 것으로서, 출원인이 신출원한 특허출원 제93-1147호 신의 조립식 굽(이하 선발명이라 합니다)의 구성중에서 밑창의 바닥면과 뒷굽의 바닥면의 높낮이가 같은 신의 굽을 조립식으로 착탈할 수 있게 된 조립식 굽의 구성을 기초로 하여 조립굽과 앞밑창의 접합부가 벌어지지 않도록 상호 물림요철부를 형성한 부가고안에 관한 것이다.
상기한 선발명의 구성은 조립굽의 높이만큼 밑창의 뒷부분을 내측으로 들어가게 형성하여 접합면의 삽입구멍과 조립굽의 돌기가 착탈토록 된 것이어서 조립굽과 앞창의 접촉부가 벌어지거나 벌어진 틈새로 이물질이 끼게될 경우를 염려하여 본 고안은 안출한 것이다.
본 고안은 조립굽과 앞창의 접촉부가 맞물릴 수 있는 이물림결합구성으로 형성하여 조립굽과 앞창이 어떠한 충격이나 꺾임등에 의하여 서로 당겨질 때에 벌어지지 않게 하므로서 이에 이물질이 끼지 않게 한 것인바, 이를 첨부도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
앞창(1) 뒤의 들어가면(2)에 삽입구멍(4)과 호형삽입구멍(3)을 형성하고 조립굽(5)에 상기한 삽입구멍(3)(4)에 맞는 돌기(6)(7)을 돌설하여 조립굽(5)을 들어가면(2)에 착탈토록한 구성은 선발명의 구성과 동일한 것이다. 이러한 구성에 있어서 조립굽(5)과 앞창(1)의 접촉부(8)에 서로 이물림되는 돌기(11)와 홈(9)을 형성하고 앞창측의 홈(9)내에는 삽입구멍(9')을 조립굽의 돌기(11)에는 돌기(11')를 각각 형성하여 조립굽(5)과 앞창(1)이 맞물림되고 난 다음에는 전후방향으로 요지부동하게 물려있게 된 구조이다.
따라서 신을 신고다닐때 외부의 충격이나 꺾임등에 의하여 조립굽(5)과 앞창(1)이 전후방향으로 당겨질때에 홈(9)과 돌기(11)가 서로 맞물려져 있고 또 돌기(11')와 삽입구멍(9')이 결합되어 있어서 접촉부(8)가 벌어지지 않게되는 작용효과가 있다.

  1. 앞창(1) 뒤의 들어간면(2)에 삽입구멍(4)과 호형삽입구멍(3)을 형성하고 조립굽(5)에 상기한 삽입구멍(3)(4)에 맞는 돌기(6)(7)를 돌설하여 조립굽을 착탈할 수 있게 구성된 것에 있어서, 조립굽(5)과 앞창(1)의 접촉부(8)에 이물린 돌기(11)와 홈(9)을 각각 형성하고 홈(9)내에는 삽입구멍(9')을, 돌기(11)에는 돌기(11')를 각각 형성한 신의 조립식 굽.
