약신호시 음성다중모드 전환방법이 도시되어 있는 바, 인가되는 음성다중 방송신호의 크기가 기준레벨 이하의 약신호일때 음성다중신호 처리부에서 해당방송신호를 처리할 수 없어 음성다중방송이 출력되지 않아 유저가 기기에 고장이 발생하였다고 오판하는 것으로 방지하기 위하여, 튜닝된 음성다중 방송신호의 파일럿 신호 레벨을 마이크로 컴퓨터가 체크하여 체크된 파일럿 신호 레벨이 기준레벨 이하일 때에는 자동 또는 수동으로 현재의 음성다중모드에서 메뉴얼모드로 전환하도록 하였다. 따라서, 유저는 약신호가 인가되어 음성다중 방송이 출력되지 않는다는 것을 알 수 있으므로, 기기에 고장이 발생하였다는 오판을 방지할 수 있다. 이것은 음성다중 처리회로를 내장한 모든 텔레비젼에 사용가능하다.The method of switching the voice multiple mode at the time of weak signal is shown.
