Abstract

본 발명의 목적은 개인용 컴퓨터나 사무용 컴퓨터에 대한 데이터백업을 위해 적용된 데이터 카트리지라 알려진 테이프 카트리지에서, 드라이브롤의 회전상태는 데이터 에러의 감소와 기억용량의 손실방지를 목적으로 드라이브장치를 제어하기 위하여 드라이브롤상에 제공된 회전수 검출부에 의해 검출될 수 있다.
그 구성을 보면, 커버부재(3)와 베이스 플레이트(4)는 카트리지 본체(2)를 구성하기 위해 조합되며, 그 카트리지 본체(2)내에 한쌍의 테이프릴(8,9)이 수용된다.
테이프릴(8,9)둘레에 감긴 자기테이프는 커버부재(3)의 앞면에 형성된 개구(21)를 통해 그 외주면이 부분적으로 드러난 드라이브롤(13)에 의해 구동된다.
드리아브장치(40)의 캡스턴롤(46)은 그 회전을 드라이브롤에 전달하기 위해서 드라이브롤(13)의 표면이 접촉되어 있다. 드라이브롤(13)에 제공된 회전수 검출부(34)는 드라이브장치(40)에 의해 드라이브롤(13)과 캡스턴롤(46)사이의 슬립에 의해 야기되는 어떠한 회전전달손실을 제어하고 수정하기 위해 커버부재(3)에 제공된 검출부(35)에 의해 검출된다.

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 테이프 카트리지의 커버부재를 떼어내고 나타낸 분해사시도이다,
제2도는 테이프 카트리지 내부구조를 설명하는 분해사시도이다,
제3도는 테이프 카트리지의 사시도이다.

Claims (7)

  1. 얕은 컵모양으로 된 커버부재와 베이스 플레이트와를 조합시켜 구성한 카트리지 본체와, 상기 카트리지 본체에 회전자재로 수납된 한쌍의 테이프릴과, 이들 테이프릴과 접하여 커버부재의 전면부를 따라 주행하는 자기테이프와, 커버부재의 전면부에 형성된 개구부를 거쳐 밖으로 노출되도록 하여 카트리지 본체안에 회전자재로 수납된 드라이브롤과, 드라이브장치의 캡스턴롤에 의해 압력을 받아 상기 캡스턴롤에서 전해지는 회전을 하는 상기 드라이브롤과, 테이프릴과 상기 드라이브롤의 주위에 감겨있는 자기테이프의 최외주부에 압력을 받아 맞닿으며 드라이브롤의 회전을 자기테이프에 전달하여 상기 자기테이프를 주행시키는 무단구동벨트를 갖추고, 드라이브롤에는 드라이브부재의 회전상태의 검출을 가능하게 하는 회전수를 검출하기 위한 회전수 검출수단을 갖추는 동시에, 상기 커버부재에는 드라이브롤의 회전수를 검출하기 위한 상기 회전수 검출수단을 대향위치에 검출부를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 드라이브롤에 회전검출부가 장착된 테이프 카트리지.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 회전수 검출부는 커버부재의 청전면에 대향하는 드라이브롤의 상면 외주림의 일부에 오목부로 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 드라이브롤에 회전검출부가 장착된 테이프 카트리지.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 회전수 검출부는 커버부재의 청전면에 대향하는 드라이브롤의 상면 외주림으로부터 축방향으로 확장된 리브형의 블록부인 것을 특징으로 하는 드라이브롤에 회전검출부가 장착된 테이프 카트리지.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 회전수 검출부는 커버부재의 측면 혹은 천정면에 대향하는 드라이브롤의 원주면이나 상면에 마킹으로 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 드라이브롤에 회전검출부가 장착된 테이프 카트리지.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 커버부재는 광투과성이 높은 투명 또는 반투명의 합성수지재료로 만들어지고 회전수 드라이브롤의 회전수 검출부는 드라이브장치에 설치된 광학 검출수단에 의해 커버부재에 설치된 검출부를 통하는 검출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 드라이브롤에 회전검출부가 장착된 테이프 카트리지.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 검출부는 드라이브롤에 설치된 회전수 검출부에 대응하는 커버부재의 부위의 두께를 얇게 하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 드라이브롤에 회전검출부가 장착된 테이프 카트리지.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 검출부는 드라이브롤에 설치된 회전수 검출부에 대응하는 커버부재의 부위에 형성된 개구부에 의해 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 드라이브롤에 회전검출부가 장착된 테이프 카트리지.
