관리기 로타 커버의 클램프
제1도는 본 고안의 관리기 로타 커버를 도시하는 도면.

본 고안은 관리기의 로타 커버를 관리기 커버에 힌지가능하게 고정시키는 클램프에 관한 것이다.
종래의 로타 커버는 클램프와 경첩을 이용하여 관리기 커버에 고정되나 클램프가 취약하여 문제가 발생된다.
본 고안의 목적은 상기와 같은 단점을 제거하기 위하여 내구성이 향상된 클램프 몸체를 가지는 관리기 로타 커버의 클램프를 제공하고자 하는 것이다.
본 고안을 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 하기에 설명한다.
제1도에는 본 고안의 관리기 로타 커버가 도시되는데, 관리기 커버(1)에는 로타 커버(2)가 힌지 가능하게 설치되어 있다.
제2도 및 제3도를 참조하면 관리기 커버(1)의 단부에는 클램프 몸체(10)가 설치되고 클램프 몸체(10)는 호형이며 클램프 볼트(11)에 의해서 조정된다. 클램프 몸체(10)의 양 단부(12) 및 (13)에는 볼트(11)가 관통하는 구멍(14) 및 (15)이 형성되며 단부(13)에는 볼트(11)가 체결되는 너트(16)가 수용되는 요부(17)가 형성되어 있다.
클램프 몸체(10)의 양단부(12) 및 (13) 사이에는 피봇트 축(18)이 파지되게 관통하며 피봇트 축(18)의 양단은 로타 커버(2)와 연결되어 있다.
제4도, 제5도 및 제6도에는 본 고안의 클램프 몸체(10)가 도시되는데 클램프 몸체(10)의 단부(12)에는 관리기 커버(1)가 삽입고정되는 요홈(19)이 형성되어 있다.
제2도를 참조하여 본 고안의 클램프의 작동을 설명하면, 클램프 볼트(11)에 형성된 손잡이(20)를 회전시켜 클램프 볼트(11)가 너트(16)로부터 풀어지면 피봇트 축(18)의 회전가능하다. 이때 피봇트 축(18)에 연결된 로타 커버(2)를 임의의 위치로 회전시키고 다시 클램프 볼트(11)를 너트(16)에 채우면 로타 커버(2)는 관리기 커버(1)에 대하여 고정된다.
상기와 같이 구성된 본 고안의 관리기 로타 커버의 클램프는 내구성이 향상되어 수명이 길어지는 효과를 제공한다.

  1. 관리기 커버(1)에 로타 커버(2)를 힌지가능하게 고정시키는 클램프에 있어서, 클램프 몸체(10)는 호형이며 양단부(12) 및 (13)에 클램프 볼트(11)가 관통하는 구멍(14) 및 (15)이 형성되며 단부(13)에는 볼트(11)가 체결되는 너트(16)가 수용되는 요부(17)가 형성되고 양단부(12) 및 (13) 사이에는 피봇트 축(18)이 파지되게 관통하며 피봇트 축(18)의 양단은 로타 커버(2)와 연결되고 클램프 몸체(10)의 단부(12)에는 관리기 커버(1)가 삽입고정되는 요홈(19)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 관리기 로타 커버의 클램프.
