본 발명은 나프타 열분해 공정에서 나온 가솔린 정제과정에서 부생되는 C5유분을 수첨,분리공정을 이용하여 고순도 사이클로펜탄을 분리,제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 사이크롤펜탄 제조방법은 부생된 C5유분을 금속담지 촉매를 이용하여 유분내에 포함된 불포화 화합물로 수첨,전환시킨후 증류탑을 이용하여 노르말-펜탄, 이소-펜탄 등을 제거하고 사이클로펜탄만을 분리,제조하는 것으로 이루어 졌다.The present invention relates to a method for separating and manufacturing high-purity cyclopentane using a hydrogenation and separation process of a C5 fraction produced by gasoline purification from a naphtha pyrolysis process. 에틸렌공장의 부생 C5유분으로 부터 고순도(95%이상) 사이클로펜탄을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, C5유분(불포화 화합물 함유)을 원료로 하여 금속담지촉매가 충진된 수첨 반응기 내에서 수첨시 반응온도를 50∼200℃범위 내에서, 반응 압력을 1∼40㎏/㎠g 범위내에서 수첨시키는 제1공정과 수첨처리가 된 C5유분중에서 증류탑의 온도를 0∼150℃ 압려조건을 0∼10㎏/㎠g (또는 0.1bar-1bat까지 감압상태하) 범위내에서 비점차를 이용하여 증류탑 상부로 노르말-펜탄과 이소-펜탄등을 먼저 제거하고 난 다음, 증류탑 하부(단 증류탑이 2개 분리되었을시 2차증류탑 상부로도 회수가능)로 고순도(95%이상의)사이 클로펜탄을 분리·제조하는 제2공정을 결합함을 특징으로 하는 가솔린유분(C5유분)으로 부터 사이클로펜탄의 제조방법.In the process for producing high purity (more than 95%) cyclopentane from the by-product C5 fraction of the ethylene plant, the reaction temperature is 50 at the time of hydrogenation in the hydrogenation reactor filled with the metal supported catalyst using the C5 fraction (containing an unsaturated compound) as a raw material.
