Abstract
본 발명은 액셀스위치를 아이들링 콘트롤 레버에 장착함으로써, 아이들링 노브의 어떠한 조작에도 액셀스위치가 항상 정확한 온/오프 동작을 행할 수 있도록 한 것에 관한 것으로 힌지부(20)에 설치되는 아이들링레버910) 일측에 액셀스위치(40)가 결합되어, 액셀브라켓(1)의 개구부(2) 일측으로 돌출 설치되며 상기 힌지부(2)에 설치되는 액셀레버(30)가 상기 개구부(2)를 통해 외부로 돌출되어 액셀레버(30)의 선회동작에 따라 누름판(33)이 상기 액셀 스위치(40)를 온/오프 동작시킬 수 있게 구성하여 아이들링레버의 어떠한 선화 동작에도 액셀레버와 일정간격을 유지하여 정확한 온/오프 동작을 수행하게 되며, 자체 윤활되는 부쉬에 의해 레버의 선회동작에 많은 힘이 들지 않는 효과가 있는 것이다.The present invention relates to an accelerator switch mounted on an idling control lever so that the accelerator switch can always perform an accurate on / off operation in any operation of the idling knob.
