Abstract
본 발명은 트랜지스터, IC등과 같은 각종 전자부품의 표면에 제조일 및 제조처, 그리고 제품의 성능들을 표시하도록 하는 레이저(LASER) 마킹(MARKING)기에 관한것으로, 특히 기기의 레이저 발진기에서 발진되는 레이저 빔을 조정 및 조준하는 수단과 레이저 빔의 방향전환에 필요한 다수의 반사경들을 배제시키는등 그 구성을 간단히 하여 제작성은 물론 제조원가를 대폭절감시키도록 하는 것이고, 또한 제품의 소형화되어 설치사용에 따른 사용성을 향상시키도록 한 것이며, 이는 내부에 레이저 발진기와 기타 전기 ·전자적인 관련부품이 내장되는 몸체부재와; 상기 몸체부재의 전단에 구비되고 원통형의 관체로 이루어지면서 레이저 발진기로 부터 발진되는 레이저 빔을 안내토록 하는 안내관부재와; 상기 안내관부재의 전단에 체결고정되고 내부에는 레이버 빔을 컴퓨터의 신호에 따라 수평 및 수직축으로 방향을 제어하여 제품상에 조사토록 하는 수평 및 수직 갈바노미터를 갖춘 헤드부재로 구성된 것이다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1.
