Abstract

본 발명은 하나 이상의 탄성 시이트에 접합된 하나 이상의 네킹된 재료를 포함하는 네킹 및 접착된 복합 탄성 재료를 제공한다. 이 네킹 및 접착된 복합 탄성 재료는 네킹된 재료의 수축 또는 네킹 방향에 대체로 평행한 방햐으로 신장 가능하다. 또한 본 발명에 따르면 다이 첨단부를 통해 실질적으로 용융된 탄성중합체 필름을 압출시키는 단계; 압출된 탄성중합체 필름을 다이 첨단부에서 ㅂ배출된 뒤 약 0.1 내지 약 1초 이내에 인장 및 네킹된 재료 상에 부착시켜 다층 재료를 형성하는 단계; 및 이어서 다층 재료에 즉시 압력을 가하여 인장 및 네킹된 재료를 탄성중합체 필름에 접합시키는 단계로 이루어진 네킹 및 접착된 복합 탄성 재료의 제조방법이 제공된다.

Claims (27)

  1. 연속적으로 진행하는 인장 및 네킹된 재료를 제공하는 단계; 다이 첨단부를 통해 실질적으로 용융된 탄성중합체 필름을 압출시키는 단계; 압출된 탄성중합체 필름을 다이 첨단부에서 배출된 뒤 약 0.1 내지 약 1초 이내에 인장 및 네킹된 재료 상에 부착시켜 다층 재료를 형성시키는 단계; 및 다층 재료에 즉시 압력을 가하여 인장 및 네킹된 재료를 탄성중합체 필름에 접착시키는 단계로 이루어진 네킹 및 접착된 복합 탄성 재료의 제조 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 탄성중합체 필름이 다이 첨단부에서 배출된 뒤 약 0.25 내지 약 0.5초 이내에 인장 및 네킹된 재료 상에 부착되는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 탄성중합체 필름이 다이 첨단부에서 배출된 뒤 약 0.3 내지 약 0.45초 이내에 인장 및 네킹된 재료 상에 부착되는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 탄성중합체 필름이 약 182℃(360℉) 내지 약 282℃(540℉)의 온도에서 압출된 탄성중합체 블록 공중합체의 필름인 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 탄성중합체 필름이 약 199℃(390℉) 내지 약 249℃(480℉)의 온도에서 압출되는 방법.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 탄성중합체 필름이 약 204℃(400℉)의 온도에서 압출되는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 네킹된 재료를 탄성중합체 필름에 접착시키기 위해 가해지는 압력이 압력 롤 장치를 사용하여 가해지는 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 압력 롤 장치가 적어도 제1롤, 제2롤 및 조절된 간격으로 이루어지며, 압력 롤 장치의 제1 및 제2롤 사이의 조절된 간격이 얻어진 복합 탄성재료를 1차 인취시 연장시키는데 요구되는 힘이 압착닙이 있어 재료의 부재시에는 롤들이 거의 접촉하게 되어 있는 동일한 압력 롤 장치에서 제조된 동일한 복합 탄성 재료를 연장시키는데 요구되는 힘보다 약 25퍼센트 이상 더 작도록 설정되는 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 네킹된 재료를 탄성중합체 필름에 접착시키기 위해 가해지는 압력이 탄성중합체 필름이 일시적으로 인장 및 네킹된 재료 층과 돌출 롤러 사이에 위치할 때 인장 및 네킹된 재료 상의 인장력에 의해 발생되는 방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 압출된 탄성중합체 필름이 압력 감지성 탄성중합체 접착제의 필름인 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 압력 감지성 탄성중합체 접착제가 탄성중합체와 점착성 부여 수지로 이루어진 블렌드로부터 제조된 것인 방법.
  12. 제1항의 방법에 의해 제조된 복합 탄성 재료.
  13. 각각 하나 이상의 인장 및 네킹된 재료로 이루어지고, 각각이 서로 교차되는 관계로 진행하여 접촉 구역을 형성하는 제1 및 제2의 연속적으로 진행하는 시이트를 제공하는 단계; 인장 및 네킹된 재료의 제1 및 제2의 연속적으로 진행하느 시이트 사이의 다이 첨단부를 통해 실질적으로 용융된 탄성중합체 필름을 압출된 탄성중합체 필름이 다이 첨단부에서 배출된 뒤 약 0.1 내지 약 1초 이내에 인장 및 네킹된 재료 사이의 접촉 구역에 부착되도록 하여 다층 재료를 형성시키는 단계; 및 다층 재료에 즉시 압력을 가하여 각각의 인장 및 네킹된 재료를 탄성중합체 필름에 접착시키는 단계로 이루어진 네킹 및 접착된 복합 탄성 재료의 제조 방법.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 탄성중합체 필름이 다이 첨단부에서 배출된 뒤 약 0.25 내지 약 0.5초 이내에 접촉구역에 부착되는 방법.
  15. 제13항에 있어서, 탄성중합체 필름이 약 182℃(360℉) 내지 약 282℃(540℉)의 온도에서 압출된 탄성중합체 블록 공중합체의 필름인 방법.
  16. 제15에 있어서, 탄성중합체 필름이 약 199℃(390℉) 내지 약 249℃(480℉)의 온도에서 압출되는 방법.
  17. 제13항에 있어서, 각각의 인장 및 네킹된 재료를 탄성중합체 필름에 접착시키기 위해 가해지는 압력이 압력 롤 장치를 사용하여 가해지는 방법.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 압력 롤 장치가 적어도 제1롤, 제2롤 및 조절된 간격으로 이루어지며, 압력 롤 장치의 제1 및 제2롤 사이의 조절된 간격이 복합 탄성 재료를 1차 인취시 연장시키는 데 요구되는 힘이 압착 닙이 있어 재료의 부재시에는 롤들이 거의 접촉하게 되어 있는 동일한 압력 롤 장치에서 제조된 동일한 복합 탄성 재료를 연장시키는데 요구되는 힘보다 약 25퍼센트 이상 더 작도록 설정되는 방법.
  19. 제13항에 있어서, 네킹된 재료를 탄성중합체 필름에 접착시키기 위해 가해지는 압력이 다층 재료가 돌출 롤 상을 통과할 때 인장 및 네킹된 재료 상의 인장력에 의해 발생되는 방법.
  20. 제13항에 있어서, 압출된 탄성중합체 필름이 압력 감지성 탄성중합체 접착제의 필름인 방법.
  21. 제20항에 있어서, 압력 감지성 탄성중합체 접착제가 탄성중합체와 점착성 부여 수지로 이루어진 블렌드로부터 제조된 것인 방법.
  22. 제11항의 방법에 의해 제조된 복합 탄성 재료.
  23. 각각 하나 이상의 인장 및 네킹된 재료로 이루어지고, 각각이 서료 교차되는 관계로 진행하여 접촉 구역을 형성하는 하나 이상의 인장 및 네킹된 재료의 제1 및 제2의 연속적으로 진행하는 시이트를 제공하는 단계; 인장 및 네킹된 재료의 제1 및 제2의 연속적으로 진행하는 시이트 사이의 다이 첨단부를 통해 실질적으로 용융된 압력 감지성 탄성중합체 접착제 필름을 압출시켜 압출된 압력 감지성 탄성중합체 접착제 필름이 다이 첨단부에서 배출된 뒤 약 0.1 내지 약 1초 이내에 인장 및 네킹된 재료 사이의 접촉 구역에 부착되도록 하여 다층 재료를 형성시키는 단계; 및 적어도 제1롤, 제2롤 및 조절된 간격으로 이루어진 압력 롤 장치를 사용하여 다층재료에 즉시 압력을 가하는 단계로 이루어지며, 압력 롤 장치의 제1 및 제2롤 사이의 조절된 간격이 얻어진 복합 탄성 재료를 1차 인취시 연장시키는데 요구되는 힘이 압착 닙이 있어 재료의 부재시에는 롤들이 거의 접촉하게 되어 있는 동일한 압력 롤 장치에서 제조된 동일한 복합 탄성 재료를 연장시키는데 요구되는 힘보다 약 25퍼센트 이상 더 작도록 설정되는 네킹 및 접착된 복합 탄성 재료의 제조 방법.
  24. 제23항에 있어서, 압력 롤러 사이의 간격이 약 0.381㎜(15mil) 내지 약 3.175㎜(125mil)인 방법.
  25. 제24항에 있어서, 압력 롤러 사이의 간격이 약 0.762㎜(30mil) 내지 약 2.54㎜(100mil)인 방법.
  26. 제25항에 있어서, 압력 롤러 사이의 간격이 약 1.016㎜(40mil) 내지 약 1.651㎜(65mil)인 방법.
  27. 제23항의 방법에 의해 제조된 복합 탄성 재료.
