Abstract
본 발명은 연도가스처리에 관한 것으로, 하우징내에 위치된 제1응축열교환기를 구비하여 연도가스가 하방으로 이를 관통함에 따라 연도가스로 부터 열을 제거하게 되고, 하우징내에 상기한 제1열교환기 하부에 설치된 제1수집탱크로 액체와 입자를 수집하며, 하우징내에 설치된 제2열교환기를 사용하여 연도가스가 상방으로 이 제2열교환기를 관통함에 따라 연도가스로부터 오염물질을 응축되게 제거하게 되며, 하우징내에 제2열교환기 하부에 제2수집탱크가 액체와 입자를 수집하게 된다.

제2도는 종래 연도가스처리장치의 제2실시예를 도시한 개략도.
Claims (10)
- 연도가스가 입구를 통해 하우징으로 유입되고 출구를 통해 하우징으로부터 벗어나는 입구와 출구를 갖춘 하우징과, 연도가스가 제1열교환기를 거쳐 하우징내를 하방으로 관통하는 연도가스로부터 열을 제거하는 입구하부에 설치된 제1열교환기수단, 하우징내에 상기 제1열교환기수단하부에 설치되어 액체와 입자를 수집하는 제1수집수단, 연도가스가 제1열교환기수단을 통과한 후에 제2열교환기수단을 통해 하우징내를 상방으로 통과하게 되는 연도가스로부터 오염물을 응축되게 제거하게 되는 하우징내에 설치된 제2열교환기, 하우징내에 제2열교환기수단하부에 설치되어 액체와 입자를 수집하게 되는 제2수집수단, 상기 하우징내에 제1열교환기 수단과 제2열교환기수단 사이에 설치되어 연도가스로부터 연무를 제거하게 되는 제1연무제거수단 및 상기 제1열교환기수단과 제2열교환기수단 부근에 설치되어 연도가스로부터 오염물을 세척하게 되는 액체분사수단을 갖춘 연도가스처리장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응물슬러리로 연도가스를 분사하는 반응물슬러리 분사수단이 추가로 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 연도가스처리장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 반응물슬러리 분사수단이 제2열교환기수단과 제2수집수단 사이에 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 연도가스처리장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 반응물슬러리 분사수단 부근의 하우징내에 트레이가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 연도가스처리장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 액체분사수단에 제1열교환기수단 상부에 위치한 제1세척수단이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 연도가스처리장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 액체분사수단에 제1열교환기수단과 제1수집수단 사이에 설치된 물분사수단이 추가로 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 연도가스처리장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 액체분사수단에 제2열교환기수단 상부에 설치된 제2세척수단이 추가로 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 연도가스처리장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 출구부근에 연도가스로부터 연무를 제거하는 제2연무제거수단이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 연도가스처리장치.
- 제1열교환기수단을 통해 하방으로 연도가스가 통과하는 단계와, 연도가스가 제1열교환기수단을 관통함에 따라 제1열교환기수단으로 연도가스로부터 열을 제거하는 단계, 연도가스를 연무제거수단을 관통시켜 연도가스로부터 연무를 제거하는 단계, 연도가스를 제2열교환기수단 상방으로 관통시키는 단계, 제2열교환기수단을 통해 연도가스로부터 오염물을 응축되게 제거하는 단계, 제1열교환기수단과 제2열교환기수단 근처에서 액체로 연도가스를 세척하는 단계 및, 제1열교환기수단과 제2열교환기수단 하부에 액체와 입자를 수집하는 단계로 구성된 연도가스처리방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 반응물분사장치로 연도가스를 분무하는 단계가 추가로 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 연도가스처리방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
