Abstract

본 발명은 원하지 않는 체모의 영구파괴방법에 관한 것이다. 원하지 않는 체모가 자라는 피부부분의 모공을 적어도 빛의 일 진동수 밴드에서 고흡수율을 가진 다수의 미립자들로 구성된 오염물로 오염시킨다. 이어 피부부분을 고흡수율의 진동수밴드에서의 일련의 짧은 광펄스들로 노광하며, 상기 제1의 짧은 펄스들이 다수의 입자들이 둘이상의 조각들로 폭발시켜 상기 모공으로 상기 오염물이 퍼지게하기에 충분한 에너지를 가지며, 다음의 펄스들이 다수의 조각들이 추가의 조각들로 폭발하여 오염물이 모공으로 더 퍼지게하기에 충분한 에너지를 가지며, 상기 입자들과 조각들로 이전되거나 그로부터 이전된 폭발과 에너지가 상기 모공들 주위의 피부조직들에 손상을 주어 모공에서 자라는 체모들을 사멸시키게 된다. 바람직한 실시예에서 입자들은 1미크론의 탄소입자들이며 각 부분은 Nd : YAG 레이져로 산출된 1.06미크론 파장의 약 5레이저펄스들로 노광되며, 각 펄스는 3Joules/㎠의 에너지밀도와 10나노초의 펄스폭을 가진다.

Claims (17)

  1. 인체피부의 일부의 모공들에서 자라는 다수의 체모를 영구파괴하기 위한 방법에 있어서, (a)상기 체모와 피부부분에 적어도 빛의 일 진동수 밴드에서 고흡수율을 가지는 다수의 미립자들을 포함하는 오염물을 적용하며, 상기 적용이 상기 오염물의 적어도 일부가 상기 모공들로 침투되도록 수행되게 하는 단계, (b)상기 피부부분을 상기 적어도 일 진동수 밴드의 빛의 다수의 짧은 펄스들로 노광하며, 상기 짧은 제1펄스들이 다수의 상기 입자들이 둘이상의 조각들로 폭발되어 상기 오염물이 상기 모공들로 퍼지게하기에 충분한 에너지를 가지며 다음의 펄스들이 다수의 상기 조각들이 추가의 조각들로 더 분쇄하여 상기 오염물이 상기 모공으로 더 퍼지게하여, 상기 입자들과 조각들로 이전되거나 그로부터 이전되는 상기 폭발과 에너지가 상기 모공을 둘러싸는 피부조직을 손상시켜 상기 모공에서 성장하는 체모들을 사멸시키는 단계들로 구성되는 개선된 체모제거방법.
  2. 상기 짧은 공 펄스들이 약 1.06미크론의 파장으로 작동하는 Nd : YAG 레이져로 제공되는 제1항의 개선된 체모제거방법.
  3. 상기 대부분의 미립자들이 상기 모공으로 침투하기에 충분할 정도로 작으나 1미크론보다는 큰 제1항의 개선된 체모제거방법.
  4. 상기 대부분의 미립자들이 상기 모공으로 침투하기에 충분할 정도로 작으나 0.5미크론보다 큰 제1항의 개선된 체모제거방법.
  5. 상기 노광단계들이 거의 모든 미립자들이 폭발되고 미립자의 조각들이 더 작은 조각을 산출하도록 폭발되고 더 작은 조각들이 보다 더 작은 조각들을 산출하도록 폭발될 때까지 그래서 모공에 남은 거의 모든 조각들이 0.1미크론보다 작게될 때까지 추가의 펄스들로 계속되는 제1항의 개선된 체모제거방법.
  6. 상기 노광단계들이 거의 모든 조각들이 0.05미크론보다 작아질때까지 계속되는 제5항의 개선된 체모제거방법.
  7. 상기 입자들이 흡연입자들인 제1항의 개선된 체모제거방법.
  8. 상기 오염물이 상기 제1펄스로 노광전에 피부표면에 얇은 오염막을 남기도록 적용되고, 상기 제1펄스가 상기 제1펄스의 자국을 형성하도록 상기 얇은 필름내의 다수의 입자들을 폭발시킬 충분한 에너지를 가지는 제1항의 개선된 체모제거방법
  9. 펄스들의 1/2 최대파워에서 측정한 상기 짧은 펄스들이 50 나노초보다 길지 않은 제1항의 개선된 체모제거방법.
  10. 인체피부의 일부의 모공들에서 자라는 다수의 체모를 영구파괴하기 위한 방법에 있어서, (a)상기 체모와 피부부분에 다수의 흑연 미립자들을 포함하는 오염물을 적용하며, 상기 적용이 상기 오염물의 적어도 일부가 상기 모공들로 침투되도록 수행되게 하는 단계, (b)상기 피부부분을 실제로 흑연에 흡수된 다수의 짧은 광펄스들로 노광하며, 상기 짧은 제1펄스들이 다수의 상기 흑연 입자들이 둘이상의 조각들로 폭발되어 상기 오염물이 상기 모공들로 퍼지게하기에 충분한 에너지를 가지며 다음의 펄스들이 다수의 상기 조각들이 추가의 조각들로 더 폭발되어 상기 오염물이 상기 모공으로 더 퍼지게하여, 상기 입자드로가 조각들로 이전되거나 그로부터 이전되는 상기 폭발과 에너지가 상기 모공을 둘러싸는 피부조직을 손상시켜 상기 모공에서 성장하는 체모들을 사멸시키는 단계들로 구성되는 개선된 체모제거방법.
  11. 상기 짧은 광 펄스들이 약 1.06미크론의 파장으로 작동하는 Nd : YAG레이져로 제공되는 제10항의 개선된 체모제거방법.
