Abstract
본 발명은 영상복호화기 시스템에 있어서 간단한 하드웨어 구조로 가변길이복호화기로부터 역이산여현변환기로 전송되는 신호에서 인트라 프레임에 대한 DC변환계수를 예측하기 위한 인트라 프레임의 DC변환계수 예측장치에 관한 것이다. 이를 위하여 본 장치는 인트라 프레임에 대한 소정 블록 단위의 휘도신호와 색신호 각각에 대한 이전 블록의 예측된 직류변환계수를 별도로 저장하는 레지스터부 ; 가변길이복호화기로부터 전송되는 인트라 프레임의 직류변환계수의 로드제어신호(id_dc)와 블록인텍스신호(blk_index)에 의해 레지스터부의 읽기 모드를 제어하고, 인가되는 쓰기모드제어신호(write)와 블록인텍스신호에 의해 레지스터부의 쓰기모드를 제어하는 읽기/쓰기제어부;가변길이복호화기로 부터 전송되는 로드제어신호(id_dc)에 동기되어 가변길이복호화기로 부터 전송되는 직류변환계수에 대한 사이즈데이터(dct_dc_size)와 차분값(dct_dc_diff)을 MPEG-2 표준규격에 따라 연산처리하여 현재 블록과 인접한 블록간의 직류변환계수의 차이값(diff)을 계산하기 위한 차분계산기 ; 레지스터부의 읽기모드 수행으로 출력되는 이전의 예측된 직류변환계수와 차분계산기로 부터 출력되는 차이값(diff)을 가산한 값을 현재 블록의 예측된 직류변환계수로하여 역이산여현변환처리수단과 레지스터부로 각각 출력함과 동시에 읽기/쓰기제어부로 쓰기모드제어신호를 액티브상태로 제공하는 가산기를 포함하도록 구성된다.The present invention relates to an apparatus for predicting a DC transform coefficient of an intra frame for predicting a DC transform coefficient for an intra frame in a signal transmitted from a variable length decoder to an inverse discrete cosine transformer in a simple hardware structure.
