Abstract
목적:자계용 코일의 선감는 작업이 1회로 끝나고,고정자자극의 제조도 간단한 유니버셜 모터를 얻는것.PURPOSE: To obtain a universal motor that reduces the coils for magnetic fields and completes the work once.
구성:고정자요크가 전기자(3)와 직교하여 서로 대향하는 2개의 금속판(11,12)과 이 금속판(11,12)에서 전기자(3)와 평행으로 각각 끊어세워진 끊어세운부(11a,12d)로 구성되어 있다.자극부분이 되는 끊어세운부(11a,12a)의 외주에는 계자용코일로서 하나의 도넛츠형상의 감은코일(2)이 보빈(21)을 통하여 배치된다.전기자(3)에는 전기자코일(4)과 정류자(5)가 설치되고,이 정류자(5)에 브러쉬(6)이 접촉하고 있다.Composition: Two metal plates 11 and 12 in which stator yokes are orthogonal to the armature 3 and face each other, and broken portions 11a and 12d, which are cut off in parallel with the armature 3 in the metal plates 11 and 12, respectively.
