Abstract
본 발명은 TV브라운관 제조공정의 ITC(Integrated Tube Component)조정장치에 관한것으로, 특히 CCD 카메라를 통해 획득한 화상데이타를 고속처리용 프로세서를 처리하여 계측 결과를 주제어부가 모니터에 표시하여 작업자가 계측결과를 쉽게 판단할 수 있도록 된 CCD 카메라를 이용한 브라운관의 ITC 계측 시스템에 관한 것으로, 브라운관(300)의 화상 데이타를 취득하는 CCD 센서(400-420)를 입력된 데이타를 고속으로 처리하는 계측부(500)를 통해 전체 계측 시스템을 제어하는 주제어부(100)에 연결되게 구성하여 모니터에 나타난 계측 데이타를 보고 비숙련된 작업자라도 브라운관을 쉽게 조정할 수 있다.The present invention relates to an ITC (Integrated Tube Component) adjusting device for a TV brown tube manufacturing process.
