Abstract

본 발명은 자기 헤드 클리닝 테이프에 관한 것이다. 베이스 필름의 상부에, 자기 헤드를 클리닝 하기 위한 도포층이 형성된 자기 헤드 클리닝 테이프에 있어서, 상기 도포층이 CrO2자성체 및 상기 자성체를 기준으로 하여 5~30중량%의 고경도 연마제를 포함하며, 중심선 평균 표면조도가 15~30nm이고, 영상 신호가 자기적으로 기록되어 있는 본 발명의 자기 헤드 클리닝 테이프는 헤드의 오염 제거 기능과 영상 재생에 의한 오염 해제 시점 확인 기능을 동시에 갖기 때문에 과도한 클리닝 처리에 따른 헤드 손상을 방지하고 수명을 연장시킬 수 있는 것이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 베이스 필름의 상부에, 자기 헤드를 클리닝 하기 위한 도포층이 형성된 자기 헤드 클리닝 테이프에 있어서, 상기 도포층이 CrO2자성체 및 상기 자성체를 기준으로 하여 5~30중량%의 고경도 연마제를 포함하며, 중심선 평균 표면조도가 15~30nm이고, 영상 신호가 자기적으로 기록된 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 헤드 클리닝 테이프.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 CrO2자성체는 비표면적(BET)이 28㎡/g 이상, 모오스 경도가 7 이상, 항자력이 640 Oe 이상인 침상구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 헤드 클리닝 테이프.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고경도의 연마제가 모오스 경도가 5.5~6인 α-Fe2O3및 모오스 경도가 9 이상인 α-Al2O3의 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 헤드 클리닝 테이프.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 α-Al2O3연마제가 비표면적이 9~16㎡/g 범위이고, 평균입자 크기가 0.3~2㎛ 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 헤드 클리닝 테이프.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 α-Fe2O3가 평균입자 크기가 0.1~2㎛ 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 헤드 클리닝 테이프.
