Abstract
내구성이 우수하고, 고온환경에서 주행시켰을 때에서 면변화(面變化)가 적은 자기 기록매체를 제공한다. 또한, 고온다습하에서의 보존에 의해서도 점착이 일어나지 않는 자기기록매체를 제공한다. 비자성 지지체의 한쪽의 면에 자성 분말과 결합제를 주체로 하는 자성층을 배설하고, 이것과는 반대측의 면에 탄소계 분말을 주체로 하는 충전제를 결합제에 분산시켜 이루어지는 백코트층을 배설한다. 백코트층에는 평균입경 0.1~0.5㎛, 모스경도 7이상의 비자성 분말을 충전제의 전량에 대하여 2~10 중량% 첨가한다. 백코트층의 결합제는 섬유소계수지와 폴리우레탄수지를 사용한다. 점착방지를 위해서는, 백코트층에 다시 실리콘오일을 첨가한다.Provided is a magnetic recording medium having excellent durability and low surface change when traveling in a high temperature environment. A non-magnetic powder having an average particle diameter of 0.1 to 0.5 µm and a Mohs hardness of 7 or more is added to the back coat layer in an amount of 2 to 10 wt% based on the total amount of the filler. The binder of the back coat layer uses a fibrin resin and a polyurethane resin. To prevent adhesion, silicon oil is added to the back coat layer again.
